However, the player later confirmed that he had already been paid. As a result, we had marked the complaint as resolved.

Hello, i have a pending withdrawal delayed. they requested KYC for withdrawals and all was accepted so no problem there.

Now I ask for my pending withdrawal and they keep saying same stuff every day that my withdrawals is on final stage and that they have many winner ( they say the same to everybody ).

Yesterday they said they had problem with the crypto pay system. Today no more problems and they keep saying the same, they always have anything to say to delay or to never pay your winnings.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
