It's not about the money. 18BET does not want to verify me even though I sent in lots of documents. They require a bank statement which cannot be issued in Sweden. I have sent a bank statement, but it is not enough because my address is not listed. The Iban and the other things that are necessary can only be sent separately and then they don't want to approve it. I want to be verified and withdraw my money.
Det handlar inte om pengarna. 18BET vill inte verifiera mig trots att jag skickat in massa dokument. De kräver ett bank statement som inte går att utfärdas i Sverige. Jag har skickat ett kontoutdrag, men det räcker inte för att min adress står inte med. Iban och det andra som är nödvändigt går bara att skicka separat och då vill de inte godkänna det. Jag vill bli verifierad och få ut mina pengar.
