I made a deposit by upi in this website. Money debited from my bank but not credited to my 10cric account. Since the day 1 I was contacting to their customer support team but no resolution received yet I have been told to wait for 3 days almost 1 month passed still I haven't received my money, after many mails they have told me that my money was not received by the merchant I have sent them my bank statement and all the required details still they have not refunded my money they are saying ask your bank about the transaction, then I have contacted the bank they said the transaction was successful in the first day the payment is successfully transferred to the merchant but this scam casino still not added the money in my account or refunded to my bank account and also they have removed the live support option from their website so that you can't talk with any human support, this casino is trash don't play here they started scamming peoples deposit money please don't reply me with any mail that say please contact our customer team I have already done all those steps no resolution received I have already know that my money is gone forever,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

I have contacted bank for this issue they have said the transaction is successful from day one but the casino is just denying the fact that the transaction is successful after sending them bank statement many times

Dear itzzbiswadip,

Once you get a official statement from your bank regarding the transaction, you have to send it to the casino. After that, it might take up to a month for the casino to locate the lost funds and add them to your account.

Can you please advise when did you forward the statement to the casino?
