Hello

My user name is Peeyushkhare and email psh.khare@gmail.com.

I am regular customer of 10cric.

I deposited 1000 inr by fast bank transfer and the transaction was successful reference id 033908927815

Date 4/12/20 Time 8:28 AM

As it was not credited in my casino account I started live chat and gave all the proves of successful transaction and the agent replied that it is being processed and will show in 1 hour in worst case .

I did wait for six hours and again one agent told it is being processed.


Then after 1 hour when I tried to connect them they said that this transaction was unsuccessful and will be refunded while it was a successful transaction and will never refund as per my bank executive.

I have faced the same thing here one month before and the amount neither credited nor refunded so I am sure it will never refund nor credit.

As now I am trying to connect them so they are not connecting me.

And they are not replying to my mail .

I always used to think that 10cric is a genuinely honest casino but their behavior has surprised me.

I normally spend around 50000 a month there but I cant believe they are doing such a behavior for only 1000.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and forwarding your payment receipt. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit anymore funds until the issue is sorted.

It’s quite usual for refunds to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account.

Could you please advise if you have contacted your payment provider/bank already?

Thanks for your response,

I have contacted to my provider bank and the payment was successful the same thing has happened 1 month before and the same thing casino does they keep on hanging matter for long and at last they try to hide that transaction with another deposit I have the proof of same in my Email.

The casino has given me timeline of 17 december then I will contact them and their reply would be " the fund has been added and you have played".

If they have not recieved the payment then they should share me their bank statement what they will never do. Overall the conclusion is this that 10cric is a big casino with a very fast withdrawal but I think they or their provider tries to hide or steal few payment.

Sorry 10cric team I am regular player but you never count loyalty that is the worst of you

As the time given by 10 cric 16 december. Its over today and no refund is there so now it should be taken seriously

10 cric is a big scam they are now giving me another date after 10 days.

They have recieved the amount but dont want to add it.

Transaction date is 4/12 and it was successful but they gave me timeline of 16/12 that it will be refunded or added till 16/12 but nothing happened and when I contact them on 17/12 they are now telling me to wait till 24/12 for the latest update and not responding to my mail.

This is actually too much cheap .

I have deposited around 50 k in last 10 days but they are such a cheap that even after successful transaction id and and detailed bank statement they are not adding my money and just trying to meke me forget about this.

For all the players I suggest never trust this casino. They are just very big cheaters.

We would like to ask 10Cric Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 10 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’, which will have negative impact on the casino's rating.

Since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’, which will influence the casino’s rating in a negative way.

I sincerely hope you won’t come across a problem like this again.

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.

Additional comments by the casino:

"Please note that we have taken care of the below complaint. 

We received a reply from the provider that we will have to wait until 14 days are passed from the time of the transaction, so until 24.12.2020. If the provider doesn't find a final resolution till then, we will contact the customer again to ask for a bank statement and the investigation will continue.

As a sign of good will gesture because of the delay with crediting the deposited amount, our CS department has provided the player with a bonus. There is not much more we can do right now. He will need to wait until the time-frame passes and funds get credited."


Casino also stated that they are not willing to further participate on the resolution of the complaints submitted on our website.
