The player from Portugal had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks before he submitted this complaint. His money had not been received at that point. After communicating with the Complaints Team, he had continued playing and won additional money. He then reported that the casino had fully paid him. The Complaints Team had confirmed the resolution of the issue and had closed the complaint.

Hi guys


Won some money in this website and now I want to have this complaint open until I’m fully paid out.


I already successfully withdrew 1000€, but for the 2nd withdrawal request they cancelled and asked for an extra selfie holding id which is fine, of course.


but like I mention in the start I would like to have your assist on this payment.


I have now 1000€ pending for a few days now and 2,500 still to withdraw.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Hi there.


So in total Yugibet has paid me out a total of 3000€ as for now. (Major of it I already used and some I did re-deposit).


I’ve made the decision to keep playing and I’ve won some more money:

[YugiBet]-So now I have 5381€ on my balance and 1000€ pending withdrawal. Total 6371€.


[Depositnflix]- In another sister casino of same operator I have another 2400€ sitting for withdrawal (1k pending).


Tomorrow is Thursday and yugibet has not made a single payment this week still.
