Good evening and I have a very big problem I have had €3000 in payout by express since February 8th, 2022, which you cannot cancel either. Then suddenly today it was canceled. I wrote the chat to her, she said she is leading it to the technical team Then I paid the 3000€ 10 minutes later it was canceled and suddenly I was kicked out of my account and now it says that for security reasons I can no longer log in temporarily I wrote to the chat then only your account will be activated again and threw me out now I can't reach the chat anymore and they don't answer emails what can I do I have 3000€ that I would like and can't register anymore
Schönen guten Abend und zwar habe ich ein sehr großes Problem ich habe seit dem 8.2.22 3000€ in Auszahlung gehabt per Express was man auch nicht stornieren kann dann kam heut aufeinmal wurde storniert ich schrieb den Chat an sie sagte sie leitet das ans technische Team weiter daraufhin habe ich die 3000€ in Auszahlung 10 min später kam wieder wurde storniert und aufeinmal wurde ich aus meinem Konto geschmissen und jetzt steht das ich mich aus Sicherheitsgründen vorüber gehend nicht mehr anmelden kann ich den Chat angeschrieben dann kam nur ihr Konto wird wieder freigeschaltet und hat mich raus geschmissen jetzt erreiche ich den Chat nicht mehr und auf emails antworten sie nicht was kann ich machen ich hab 3000€ die ich gern hätte und kann mich nicht mehr anmelden

Hallo selbstverständlich hab ich ein Bild gemacht sende ihnen alles habe leider nur kein Bild von dem Chat Verlauf am Ende wo ich rausgeworfen wurde ich hatte wie gesagt am 8.2.22 3000€ in Auszahlung per Express ich selber kann die nicht stornieren dann wurde diese am 9.2.22 um ca 19:38uhr storniert ich habe daraufhin noch einmal den Chat angeschrieben dieser sagte sie leitet das am technischen Service weiter ich soll nochmal auszahlen das habe ich gemacht 30 min später kam wieder ihre Auszahlung wurde stoniert und darauf hin wurde ich aus dem Casino geworfen mit der Meldung die Sicherheitsabteilung hat ihr Konto vorübergehend gesperrt ich habe gestern mit meiner neuen Kreditkarte einbezahlt die ich darauf hin verifizieren musste dieses wurde aber innerhalb 30 min verifiziert deswegen verstehe ich nicht was da jetzt das Problem ist und die letzten Auszahlungen klappten immer reibungslos hat zwar bisschen länger gedauert aber spätestens nach 4 Tagen war das Geld bei mir auf dem Konto werde ihnen jetzt alles per Mail senden
