its not the same message repeated. If you were to read the messages one was the conformation email stating i requested a withdraw for 343.00 the other was the denial of the request.
I was playing one day and used a bonus code on a deposit and i didnt win anything. i thought i played the balance out enough to make a new deposit, so i deposited 100.00 through bitcoin, the deposit was approved but never hit my account.i messaged the casino and asked about the deposit and was told that once the coupon strike200 was played out they would then credit my account the 100.00 transaction. i did won nothing and then was credited the 100$. This 100 had no coupon attached nor bonuses attached so i could play in the live dealer section.which i did and was approved funds to play with in the live dealer. i cashed out at 343.00 with a bitcoin withdraw request, and was told that i violated the terms of the coupon strike200 by playing 73 hands in the live dealer. Im not new to this and know when i can and cannot play live dealer, thats why i made the seperate deposit for 100$ to be able to play live. i know coupons dont allow live games.

Please, note that on 11/22/2022 at exact time 00:46 the player's deposit of $88.57 has been credited to his account and the player redeemed the coupon STRIKE200 on 11/22/2022 at 01:11 exact time. After finishing his wagering requirements the player head to LiveDealer games which are excluded from the coupon he used. Please, note that per our Terms & Conditions, the terms of the promotion are in full effect even after the wagering is finished and the player was not allowed to play the LiveDealer games.
The player requested withdrawal on 11/22/2022 at 11:44 and his request was rejected due to violation and the winnings were voided. His deposit has been processed back and everything has been explained to the player through an email (violations he made).

The rules and regulations you guys have set in place on your website or unfair and unjust, especially the way you’re handling the case at this very moment. I would suggest you handle your obligations correctly without any hiccups. This is the fourth withdrawal you guys have denied and or rejected. Or if there were multiple accounts created, I should have been banned from the very beginning, not allowed to deposit more and more and more money for you guys to take it is against the law you can’t use rules against me now to protect your establishment from having to pay out, this will be my last attempt to do this outside of the court magistrate.

The casino didn't provide us with any sensitive information. However, it was able to confirm that you registered more than one account and used both accounts simultaneously which is against the rules. In addition to that, you also registered two accounts at casino.guru and submitted two complaints connected to the two casino accounts respectively. I'm afraid I won't be able to help you with this one. Your complaint will be rejected. I suggest you only open one account per casino in the future to avoid issues like this.
