This site writes that i have violated a bonus rule without me even using, adding or accepting any bonuses! I made a couple of deposits ( no bonuses were used ) of ~1000 $ total and then won and made a withdrawal of 1000. I then continued playing and won more money, they had added 75 usd to my account without me even noticing this but i got it due to some bronze membership and i continued playing winning more under this time i made a couple of loosing spins on wanted dead or a wild and this violated their bonus rules that i hadnt even accepted, added or read about at this moment. I made a new deposit of 100 euro ( no bonus involved ) and won 3~4000 on olympus 1000 from pragmatic and made my third withdrawal. I had around 4000 usd but continued playing and now i got the mail that my wins were voided. This is the worst scam i have ever heard about!

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
