this casino is operating illegaly in the netherlands .they also have no valid license from curacao gaming .they state on the site that they will not process deposits and withdrawals if from restricted country.the netherlands is restricted on their site .i won first time and got my money .second time i won again and got my money .after this the scam began .i play roulette and i won my last deposits back 1600 but with in 16 losing spins they took it back with disgusting roulette tricks .next to my big numbers the ball find filefilealways the empty numbers .after balance was zero my biggest numbers came out in row 8,11,5 total potential wins 5000€ .they block the winning numbers until your balance is zero.disgusting fraudulent website .i want my deposits back refunded it is just stolen

in 16 spins .disgusting .they claim they have a license but it is not valid .i will put screenshots here .operating illegaly in my country and altering the results .i want my deposits from 27,03 2020 ,1612€

.they convert my litecoins in dollar and at withdrawal they take 10 persent fees to send the crupto.cost me 400 follar to withdraw twice .

filefilefilehi nick,thanks for picking up this case .i had 2 x withdrawals at this casino .one first deposit and second after many deposits .the casino do not verify players .it is a crypto casino .manipulation as its best .when i am up to recover my last deposits 1700€ see only losing spins until balance went to zero .if this is random what scam should be look as .one or two wins followed by 15,16,…. losing spins .disgusting i play more then 60 percent of the numbers and the ball just go in the left 40 percent.pure theft .and telling me i was not lucky??really?

it is always very common in these casinos they pay you at first deposits or second and after that you are chasing your losses .wherther it is them or the provider it is always them responsibility .they chose to hire this provider .i dont think the provider has something to do with this .casinos just alter your rtp as they wish.the 2 withdrawals cost me 400 dollar because i deposit wit litecoins and they convert it to dollar and back to euro .they gave me first deposit 170 dollar bonus to wager 50 times i thanked them but they take 400 dollar for doing nothing .

Hello sardapoor,

It seems quite unlikely that a live dealer could be manipulated. Also based on your screenshots you loss was not happening all at once - there is a bigger time difference between them. Unfortunately this is not enough evidence to assume that the casino have been manipulating any game.

i am confinced all online gaming is a corrupt business .16 spins losing i play 60. % of the wheel .every time the ball go in a big number and get pullet out magicly to end in a losing number .i mean how scam

Just as you said, we can't do much if there is no clear evidence for it or at least multiple complaints about the same issue. If only one or just a little amount of player experience the same, we have to assume it is just purely bad luck.

If you still believe that the games were manipulated, be sure to submit a complaint directly to the casino's licence here: http://www.gaming-curacao.com/ or the game provider itself. We will be however forced to close the complaint as we do not have enough evidence for now. If you would have any new one or the authorities would look after it and provide you more info, we will reopen the complaint.
