However, what you have not stated here is, that you have misused your "Recommending friends" code and promoted our website and the free spins without having had the permission from us to do so. It is obligatory to discuss any promotions with us, prior to starting such. 
 

The Terms and Conditions clearly state the following:

 

You are not allowed to use, register or copy any products, brands and/or logos which are licensed by Wir-Wetten without having their explicit permission. Same applies for products, brands and/or logos which are similar to the ones of Wir-Wetten

You need the permission to use any products, brands and/or logos licensed by Wir-Wetten. Same applies for domain names and social media pages.


In your case you have used and abused our products, especially without confirmation from our side that you can actually use them. Furthermore have your actions resulted in bonus abuse and country abuse from players registering via your code. 

 

Finally, after you breaking with our Terms & Conditions and misusing / abusing our products, we made us of our rights to close your account.
