The player from British Columbia, who had been a loyal customer of an online casino for a year, found her account abruptly closed and was also banned from Dama NV casino. She reported that the casino management had not responded to her inquiries about this issue. Her account had been verified in January 2023 and she suspected that she might have had funds in some of her 15 disabled accounts. However, she requested to close the complaint, believing that nothing would come from it. Consequently, we rejected the complaint as per her explicit request.

This casino has treated me awful. I played loyally for a year have them close to $10000 the. Out if no where they closed my account. Also they got me banned from Dama NV casino which I have probably gave close to $300000. I did nothing wrong at all. I have never been treated like this in my life. Management does not reply to me. They are terrible terrible people.

Thanks so much for taking the time to review my case. I’m completely blown away how awful these companies can treat people. Like they are nothing.

My account was verified in January 2023 I believe. I keep trying to talk to management and they just ignore me and the staff talks to be in condescending patronizing way. I got like at least 15 accounts disabled so I quite possibly could have money in some of them. I have never in my life been treated so poorly by a company in my life. They are terrible unethical humans running these businesses. They don’t care about loyal players at all and that I gave them tons of money. They just kick you out like I’m a chewed up piece of gum on a shoe. Quite disturbing actually that companies can do this??!
