The player from British Columbia had concerns about the Return To Player (RTP) rates at a specific casino. We informed the player that without any evidence of unfair practices, we could not proceed with the complaint. We also extended the complaint response time by 7 days. However, the player requested to delete the complaint, so we closed the case as per her request.

I have continually played at this casino for way to long almost a year. I have see some major inconsistencies. I have never deposited so much with out and return in my life. Almost every time I deposit it goes back to zero within minutes. Something is super super shady about the RTPs and operations with these guys. Since September these are my totals $21898 deposited less than $10000 winnings that is not 96% RTP. I think this company needs to be investigated because I definitely don’t think they are giving fair play. I have not been able to play longer than 5 minutes pretty much in months. I keep thinking it would get better and it never does its deposit after deposit. Bare minimum return. I’ll get free bonuse spins and only win$2 and on games I I have gotten 80 spins and only

won $20 after depositing thousands. While other casinos I have won triple plus amounts on same games. They are never accountable for anything. Super patronizing and condescending to talk with. Again something is super shady with this company. I have no idea how they got a high rating with you guys. As I find it to be a total money grabbing money pit?
