I made a deposit in this casino with a 100 percent deposit bonus and after implementing the bonus I was able to win 800 euros and applied for a payout (2x400 euros)
the next day my casino account was blocked without any notification. i tried to contact the casino via email but they just don't respond to my emails and i don't get any reply
i am already verified and it was my first withdrawal at this casino

If they decided to close your account in a different sister casino without the option to register in any of their group's casino, the complaint seem irrelevant against Winstoria Casino. The group decided to block your access to their casino while you were playing in a different casino.
The complaint will be now closed as it is not related to Winstoria.
