I play winningkings thai website this time and deposit with bonus. My deposit is 10.000 and i got bonus 1.500 which i do read the condition before bet.


But when i play,they allow me to place bet over the condition which is make me surprise because before now when i play with bonus and have limited bet condition,they will not allow me to place bet over by can't place more ship. But this is not.


When i finished play and want to withdraw,i ask they in chat to check for me because it's seem too long. Normally,only 1 hour take. They said that i didn't meet the turnover yet. I have to do 40x of bonus 1.500 or 60.000 or 600 point in their system. So i go back and play untill i meet 600 point.


When i withdraw and take long time again so i ask them via chat to check. They said i didn't play followed the condition. I have to place not over than 150 per bet and now their team are checking my play history but they said to me that i have to get over it because i may loose 150.000 and will get back only 10.000 which is deposit amount because i didn't play following condition and the rest amount it's because bonus 1.500


So i said to them seriously? You think amount 150.000 is came from bonus 1.500? I have to play all my deposit 10.000 first so i can use 1.500 bonus and i have to do 40x turnover of bonus. And you think 150.000 is from your bonus? I said to them to check again but i afraid to lost all money so i cancel the withdraw and play maximum bet 150 per bet following condition until i get 190.000 but then when i back to my account again i have only 10.000 and can't play any game on their website so i think this is unfair for me and i need them to go check my history again. If they need 40x bonus,i do have. If they need 150 per bet,i do have too. And i don't understand why this happen and take all my money just because 190.000 came from bonus 1.500 which is not true.

So you mean this is normal situation? I ever deposit money with bonus one time and play. That time,they not allow me to bet over the rule. But this time why i can place bet.

I am sorry but not all casinos enforce the maximum bet on the software level or for all available games.

Since the max bet rule is industry standard we can't penalize casinos for confiscating your winnings if you broke this rule. If you believe there were only a few bets above the maximum bet and didn't have an impact on your play with the bonus, we'll try to help, otherwise, our hands are tied.
