Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Could you please specify how many days ago was your withdrawal requested? Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed? Have you completed the account verification successfully in the past?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

I dont like complaining but in this occasion I had to 10,000.00 euros in my eyes allot of monies. I filled in my bacs/swift number as asked. Waited 72 to change mind but never if anymore paperwork was required no one asked me plus when I tried to get onto the site wouldn't let me

It was roundabout 10 to 12 days ago I'm not making this all up if I could get back onto the site then then I could give you a better date but I cant get on so I am giving you an estimated 10 to 12 days

2 they blocked my account the first time and said they were verifying I then went onto win more but I had already claimed for my withdrawel.now they blocking me again and no one is replying to me

I would like to ask you if you are sure that you choose the right Casino because Monaco Casino is only for Slovak players. Also if you have passed the identity verification (system doesn't allow you to play before verification)

Problem is i applied fir a withdrawel of 10,000.00 euros which i won fair and square filled out the form bank details etc. Now they are refusing to let me on the site sent them numerous emsils and nit one reply. Tried live chat but they were of no help i cant get onto site and no one replys to my emails

Well i assume the casino hasnt replied its really weird as they keep sending me bonuses to use but cant get into my account. Plus they are advertised on facebook.
