This is to bring your notice that this casino is very unfair with bets and withdrawal since yesterday the winning money is not reflecting in the gaming account and more then that they are cheating people if we request for withdrawal it will take 2 days after that it reversed without notification and they will say it was done By your end itself while we waiting for withdrawal to credit why should we reverse and we will be keep losing while winning moment they will reject the bets saying some issue and while winning time the server will go off we cannot play also totally unfit servers because of this issue lost all money kindly investigate and refund our money

Yes Kristina i lost all the money but the thing is while the winning moment bet will be rejected or else we ll get error in server and moreover while we request for withdrawal that casino will make delay and reverse the Money to gaming account itself please help me to get refund the money from the casino

The player is the only one responsible for their account, active balance, and all the bets taking place. I understand that this would have never happened if you could withdraw on the first attempt but at this point, we cannot ask the casino to refund your lost winnings.
