after my deposit of BGN 20 and the bonus I received from BGN 10. I played 23.50 and the remaining 6.50 which the casino started telling me that I have insufficient balance. After I chatted about what was happening in the chat to play them 15 hours later is still not decided, I do not think this is fair to loyal customers and I think there should be some compensation. They can not wash the cheat and make me make a new deposit to play 6.50 it's not about the money and the question is fundamental and I don't know if I don't have a share whether I will be able to play 6.50 on credit as they stop mine. I think they are not loyal. And for four months now is naughty nor have I caught bonid or mistrya and I think they are manipulating machines ...
след депозита ми от 20 лева и бонус които получих от 10 лв.Изиграх 23.50 и останаха 6.50 които казиното започна да ми лазва че имам недостатачен баланс .След като плпитах в чата какво става ми ибясниха че има технически проблем и след бързото му остраняване ще мога да си ги доизиграя.15 часа по късно все още не е решен не смятам че това е коректно спрямо лоялните клиенти и мисля че трябеа да има някалва компенсация.Немогат така да мие мамят и да ме карат да права нов депозит за да си доизиграя 6.50 не ми е за парите а въпроса е принципен а и незнам ако нямам паеи дали ще мога да изиграя 6.50 на кредит така както те спират моите.смятам че са не лоялни.А и от четири месеца всеки ден почети вкарвам по 100 лв и не ми е врузволо нито съм хващал бонид или мистврия и аз смярам че са маниполират машините...
