Please understand that it is a common procedure for casinos to audit players’ accounts even if their accounts have been successfully verified in the past. From our experience it may take 14 days, but every casino is different and has its own procedure which needs to be followed. That’s why we advise players to be patient and fully cooperate with the casino.

Do I understand it correctly that this were your first withdrawal request in this casino? I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks for your answer and concern.


For me, 14 days to process a withdrawal (from a verified account) is not normal. Also: they put me on a "randomly" verification process right after my first withdrawal (very convenient) and just a few days after of the standard verification (which i passed). This isn t normal.


At the moment, i m waiting for the approval since 11th september. On 18th september they canceled my first withdrawal request (due to "randomly" new verification process). On the same day i placed my SECOND withdrawal request. I m waiting since then.


I really need some help because i m sure that on 2nd october they will ask me for something else and delay as much as they can my withdrawal request.
