The player from Australia has been blocked after losing all deposits. Since the player lost her deposits voluntarily while being aware that playing in online casino might cause issues later, we decided to reject this complaint.

My issue is that my account was closed after I deposited over $5000. They say I'm blacklisted. I was blacklisted way before I joined wildcard casino because the casino who did it was woo casino. After a while I joined wild card and they excepted me knowing I was blacklisted and eventually I would not be able to log in. I'm so passed at the situation as they took money from me knowing I was black listed. I have deposited over 5000 dollars never one anything never withdrew which I now no the reason why. I asked for my money back because they new that they were taking my money from me and they just close the chat and are very rude. This is discusting. I want my money back as that is fraudulent behaviour.

Dear Vanessa,

Thank you for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience. Unfortunately, if you’ve played all of your deposits there is nothing we can do to support you under these circumstances. I understand that this situation would never happen if you were stopped from creating an account, but if you lost your winnings fairly and voluntarily, we don't see any valid reason to ask for a refund. More so, if you are aware of being blacklisted globally.

Please note, that casinos discover such accounts usually before processing a withdrawal, or when some random checks are performed.

I can only recommend that you avoid playing in online casinos altogether.

Please let me know, if there is anything, I could do for you regarding this case, otherwise, I will be forced to reject your complaint. Thank you for your understanding.

To be honest I cracked it. I cant remember over what but I'm pretty sure i was getting dicked around. I swore at them. i tried playing other casinos sometimes i get accepted and other times i do not. so i usually ask if there is a issue on my account or name before i start playing and they say they cant see anything. but i now no that is a lie because they can see it they just want to take my money and ship me off. its happened with tangiers casino also all of a sudden i cant play any more. its not fair. they say nothings wrong but all of a sudden i cant log in my password doesn't work anymore i cant even reset it. its disgusting. If they no this the should not let be join i make sure i ask prior if there is and red flags but they all lie. woo casino incident happened a few years back. i say reopen my account or refund me. it is not fair i have done nothing but donate money and be a loyal customer and then to be flogged of like a piece of shit its not on...

I'm sick of getting ripped of with these dodgy sites they make there own rules as they go along. They have cause issues for many players robbing thousands actually millions every day, and apparently they are not even aloud to take Australian players money as it is illegal to do so because they don't pay tax on it. it is an underground business. I now understand why everything is dodgy, and when i get payed out from a casino its some wonky name on bank statement and its never the same, its so no no one covers their tracks. sites get blocked and they just reopen in a few weeks with a slightly different name. I can finally see what's going on. its taken years to realize I've lost about 100k all up on line and its my own fault. but my issue is the fraudulent activity that they are doing. you can not take some ones money the all of a sudden block them for no reason. That's robbing people. if I will continue to fight and look at other avenues. i dont like being messed around. im a good person and im sick to death of being ripped off and mistreated ripping people off is a crime it self. enough is enough and if you dont help with my situation ill go elswere or higher avenue.

Vanessa, there must be a good reason why you have been added to such a database. I understand that the best option would be if casinos blocked such players from the beginning. However, the casino can have the best blocking software available, and there still would be players who are able to overcome it, and casinos find out about the blacklist only later, for example during the verification.

Unfortunately, from our point of view, you lost your deposits voluntarily and fairly. You are aware of being blacklisted and you yourself admitted, that sometimes casinos block you and sometimes not. I can only recommend that you avoid playing in online casinos altogether if you don't want to waste more money.

Unfortunately, after gathering all the necessary information we are rejecting this complaint as unjustified. Sorry we were not able to help you with this one.
