Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m very sorry to hear about your problem with the bonus. I checked the bonus T&Cs and I found out, that all bonuses are activated by promocode. Did you use any code to active the bonus? Could you please specify which bonus you wanted to redeem?
Also, I tested the casino's live chat support and I didn't have any problems, the support agent responded quickly and straight to the point.
