The casino refuses to give out my €18.80 cashback!
Before I asked for the cashback, I received a goodwill bonus of 20 euros because I was extremely angry with the casino because I didn't get a single win or free spins with my deposit of 188 euros. The goodwill bonus was sooo good then 10 minutes away..then I demanded the cashback, which I was denied with the argument that I had already received the goodwill bonus! But one has absolutely nothing to do with the other! The whole chat with 3 different supporters took 1 hour in total! This is absolutely absurd how this casino treats new players! And don't follow your own rules!! I advise everyone against depositing even a single cent! You will only be ripped off and fooled!

No, I haven't received any cashback before because it was my first time playing there.
I just tried to get my cashback again but was turned down without any reasonable explanation. Instead I was offered to use deposit bonuses. You have to imagine this! How bold and debited people can be! Just unbelievable!! Stay away from this rip-off casino!!

In your first message, you said something else - that you received the €20 as a goodwill gesture. I am sorry, but you accepted and received an even more valuable bonus than you should have and I am afraid that there is not much more we could do. Taking this into consideration and also that you haven't confirmed you fulfilled all conditions to be eligible for the cashback bonus we are now forced to close this complaint.
