Hi

I am trying to make a withdrawal but can't seem to process the withdrawal. I deposited money through instant eft via capitec Bank in South Africa. Now I tried to withdraw but capitec doesn't allow international payments and therefore withdrawal via instant eft won't work. I tried skrill but I need to deposit via skrill to withdraw via skrill but South African banks doesn't allow us to to deposit money into skrill anymore so now I'm stuck and can't withdraw my winnings.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? What other payment methods are available to use to withdraw from the casino? Did you ask them for an alternate way to withdraw? When was the last time you speak to the casino and what was it about?

I haven't verified my account as yet. And yes I have spoken to the casino customer support afew times and I keep getting the same response that I have used instant eft and can only withdraw that way. In order to use another method like skrill or neteller I need to make another 10 euro deposit and then only can I use skrill and neteller to withdraw. I do have a skrill and neteller account bit I can't transfer from south African Bank to skrill because the banks don't allow that anymore. So therefore I can use another deposit method to enable me to use that method of withdrawal. So I'm basically stuck with no other options

It is a common problem with payment providers. As long as you deposit with a new method and verify it, the casino should pay out the money without any problem. From our experience, a crypto wallet would be the fastest way to withdraw and there shouldn't be any country restrictions.
