The player's winnings were voided for breaching the max bet rule. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
When I applied for withdrawal they claimed I had breached terms and conditions by wagering above the allowed amount. The max bet is 80cents and I know I didn’t wager more than 70cents. I usually only wager the minimum bet but I wanted to see what the tournament thing they were advertising. They are very dishonest and try to deny winnings in any way possible. I was very careful not to wager above the allowed amount because I have been denied winnings before and I was told by this casino that it was because I placed a wager above 80 cents.

The max bet was less than what I wagered. They make things up in order to not pay.

But I never breached the rules. By their reckoning the max bet is 14cents the minimum bet is 20. Their Ts and Cs are such that it almost impossible not to breach, that’s why I’m super careful. There should be systems in place where you cannot bet more than allowable but that’s how they rip customers off! You can’t change the bet value when you’re using bonus spins so why can you go above when playing normal spins during wagering requirements. They’re unscrupulous!
