Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus?

An usual first withdrawal from a casino may take up to 14 days after finishing the verification. If they really did experience some technical issues, I believe that it might take even longer.

The account was verified 27.05.2022. I have deposited about 2500 euros into my account this year and not used a bonus. As I said earlier I asked for my first withdrawal request 2. of august I think. Since then they have asked me to change the withdrawal method three times and then the time frame changes and the 14 day waiting time starts all over again. For example I had pending withdrawals from 5th. of august (8.250 euros) and another (4000 eruos) from the 17.th of august. On 22. of august I asked if my pending withdrawals from 5th of august was in progress and would be deposited into my bank account I was told it didn´´t work that way, I have to wait 14 days from the 17th of august - the latest withdrawal request would count.


Today my pending withdrawal at the amount of 9000 eruos from 22. of august were canceled (bank transfer) but pending withdrawals from 1.250 euros (bank card) from 17 th of august are still pending. (Spent 3750 because I was so pissed of and just wanted to gamble it all and then came into my sences and want to fight to get my money). So today I made another witdrawal request for the amount of 9000 euros into my bank card. This is the never ending story in withdrawals. Today I have 10.250 pending withdrawals and as usual the casino ask me to be patient and they say waiting reqquires self-discipline ... pifff

I will let you know when my payments have received, it´´ s still pending. I have tried to use bank transfer twice since 3rd of august but it got declined so I will just wait and see if the payments go through this time

I have not received any money/fund in my bank account. 7.450 eruos are still pending on my Vulkan account and 750 euros have been accepted for payment (As an operator from Vulkan told me) but I can´t see that amount on my payment history from my Vulkan.bet account. So I am still waiting to receive my funds

Once again my withdrawals were cancelled and I asked to make new ones, now bank transfer. Wednesday they told me that the funds had been successfully transfered. So I am a little bit lost how I can get the funds into my bank account
