Hello, I never had problems with withdrawals at the casino, even now, and can keep withdrawing without any problem, and the casino already confirmed that they accepted the withdraw and its up to the payment provider, but the payment provider normally takes up to 2 minutes to couple hours. Now its more than 1 week, I can confirm that they got stucked by some reason, and it need to be checked by human person. So that why im reaching out. As i say, i am verified KYC, and already did withdrawals. I have no problem with the casino besides this. I like it and recomend, but I need someone to take a look and help me out. I also tried with small ammounts so maybe they come through faster, and sometimes it works.
