my €520 deposit is again somewhere between here and casino . Sent all screenshots. But after review on thrustplanit I feel a bit scare if I ever see the money back . We are now we are back and over sending screenshots. My bank and I’d are verified.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Unfortunately, I am not sure I understand your problem correctly. Did you make a deposit, but it has not been credited? Or is this complaint about delayed withdrawal?

yeah it’s happening again . This time for a large amount that’s keep pending . Same answers .. but I couldn’t find the casino on you’re review .
so I went in trudtpilot .. and men … what a negative things , again sane issue . This time i deposit more then 1000 euro but 7 payments keeps pending without any reason . They tilold me to resolve the matter in 24 hours … unfortunately not . So this time I really hopen because it’s a lot of money
So I deposit money first couple times went ok … but then I deposit And keeps pending …. And went of my account. So now there is about 7 amounts pending . I sent them everything, account is verified again , but I still miss over €500 .
And it’s really not my bank … I played that even with others for large amount without any problems . And the strange thing is , the casino is not on you’re review list ? Can you have a look .

Thank you for your reply, Beast777. If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes one month approximately. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.
