I have a withdrawal pending for over 15 days, amounting to 360 euros, waiting for approval. They haven't asked for verification (the account is only verified when the casino requests it, and they haven't asked me, so I can withdraw without any issues). I have made withdrawals before, haven't played with any bonus, and have been reporting this delay through live chat for days. They said they would notify the relevant department, and that my money would arrive soon, yet I am still waiting. My last contact with the casino was today. In the photos I sent, you can see both the pending withdrawal and today’s live chat conversation, along with the verification box stating it's not required at the moment.
Tengo 1 retiro pendiente de más de 15 días en espera que me lo aprueben 360 euros, no me han pedido verificación(solo se verifica la cuenta cuando el casino te lo pida, y no me la han pedido, mientras tanto puedo retirar sin problema), ya he echo retiros anteriormente, no e jugado con ningun bono, he venido diciendo que es un retraso hace días por chat en vivo, dijeron que se lo notificaran al área encargada, y que dentro de poco llegará mi dinero y sigo esperando, mi último contacto con el casino fue hoy, en las fotos que envié puede ver tanto el retiro pendiente, como la conversación con el chat en vivo de hoy, y la casilla de verificación donde dice que no es necesario por ahora
