Hi it may seem a small amount but originally it was £400 I had apparently made a few spins above £10 I hadn’t read the small print however some of that money had been won through other deposits, when I spoke to someone after they said the process w had been accepted it was through a delay I started chasing, a very rude man said your not having the withdrawal so I guess I had to accept but he said he would refund my initial deposit! They have made me wait 30 days, and now I am being made to wait weekly, I am still waiting am so disappointed can you advise please
