После этого они заблокировали мне вообще доступ к аккаунту. Потребовали пройти видеоидентификацию. Я ее прошла, доступ открыли. Потребовали обратно все документы по картам. Я их выслала повторно, все карты и выписки, на что пришел ответ, что там присутствует Фотошоп. Первый раз приняли, а за вторым сказали что Фотошоп. Вообще придумывают на ходу какие то проверки, что бы не платить деньги. С 30 сентября я не могу вывести свои деньги.

Но с одной постоянно. Те две по разу было. Я им ответила, что делала деп с этой карты. Они попросили опять её скрин, хотя я её ещё 30 числа им скинула, самую первую. Ну я выслала обратно им скрин карты. И вот потом они написали мне письмо, что я нарушила эти пункты 4.4.... Карта эта была открыта на девичью фамилию, я недавно вышла замуж, паспорт поменяла, а в банк не скидывала на обновление. Потому что карта виртуальная, я ей пользуюсь только в вибете. Я при видоверификации им уточнила, что карта на девочек фамилии, и что я у них на сайте повторно верификацию проходила, потому что регестрировалась по старому паспорту. У них же есть в загрузка и старый мой паспорт, и новый. У меня на сайте в личном кабинете абсолютно все документы были. Я им даже свидетельство о браке скидывала, они его не приняли. Так что, судите сами, у них там целая мошенническая схема.
