The player's account got blocked for breaching the casino terms. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
The account was suddenly blocked, and I had 39,977 UAH left there.
I contacted support and received an answer that I was blocked according to clause 2.2 of the casino rules. The Promoter has the right to cancel any bonus, jackpot and/or prize if the Promoter believes that a player has engaged in system fraud. In this case, the Organizer freezes the Player's special game account, and if there are any funds, a refund is made to the payment system that was used by the Player to top up the game account.
They didn't tell me exactly what scam I used, and the money was never paid.
The casino blocks me according to clause 2.2 of the rules. But does not pay money as stated in this clause of the rules. The casino does not follow its rules.
Please help to return the money.
Раптово заблокували акаунт, а у мене там залишилось 39977 UAH.
Звернувся у підтримку та отримав відповідь, що мене заблоковано згідно пункту правил казино 2.2. Організатор має право скасовувати будь-який бонус, джекпот та/або приз, якщо Організатор упевнений, що гравець застосував системне шахрайство. У цьому випадку, Організатор заморожує спеціальний ігровий акаунт Гравця, і якщо є якісь кошти,відбувається відшкодування тією платіжною системою,яку було використано Гравцем для поповнення ігрового акаунта.
Яке саме шахрайство я використовував мені не сказали, а гроші так і не виплатили.
Казино блокує мене згідно пункту правил 2.2. Але не виплачує грошей, як зазначено у цьому пункті правил. Казино не дотримується своїх правил.
Допоможіть будьласка повернути гроші.
