The player from Florida had requested a withdrawal prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, his winnings hadn’t been received at that time. However, the Complaints Team had advised him to wait for at least 14 days after requesting the withdrawal, as it was usual for withdrawals to take some time to process. This delay could have been due to unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. The player later confirmed that he had received his winnings. Consequently, we had marked the complaint as resolved.

Multiple attempts to withdraw XRP were submitted and subsequently "approved" but then were cancelled by Vave. They give no support when I ask about my withdrawal they just keep telling me to wait. I have previously won and withdrawn XRP successfully in a very short period of time maybe 1 hour maximum to process my withdrawal in the past but this time it’s been nearly 48 hours and nothing is happening. I’m worried they are going to just not pay me. I’ve made deposits of XRP totaling nearly $1000 prior to winning $3844 of XRP (6200 XRP) which I am trying to withdraw but they will not process it.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
