• Various customer service options are available – Some of them are hidden, but CrownCoins does offer a full spectrum of customer service options, including live chat, email, and phone. This puts it ahead of Real Prize and Fortune Wins Casino, which lack a true live chat feature,
• Help is available 24/7 regardless of VIP level – Emerald members have access to a personal host to help address their concerns. However, even new CrownCoins members can access 24/7 online support.

The issues

• Live chat is hard to find – For some reason, CrownCoins hides its live chat feature at the bottom of the page and does not make it available on all pages, making it even more difficult to access.
