CrownCoins Casino Review

CrownCoins Casino is one of 2026's most talked-about sweepstakes sites. Its 600+ slot library is smaller than average, but its daily bonuses, social media rewards, and leaderboard challenges keep players coming back. We tested it to see if it lives up to the hype.

My first impressions at CrownCoins

I was excited to quickly complete my CrownCoins account registration so I could claim my deposit-free welcome bonus of 100K CrownCoins, their native free-to-play currency, and two Sweep Coins. After making my account, I was also able to claim my first daily bonus, a free 5,000 CC.

CrownCoins' no-deposit bonus is in line with the industry average and its competitors'. Real Prize, which has a near-perfect Safety Index of 9.7, offers a similarly sized deposit-free bonus of 100,000 Gold Coins and two Sweeps Coins, while Sportzino offers 170,000 Gold Coins and 7 Sweeps Coins, giving it a higher Sweeps allocation at the cost of a lower Gold Coin starting balance.

It was easy to create my account and claim bonuses, but the numerous pop-ups for additional bonuses made it difficult to start playing games.

After wading through multiple pop-up windows, I was able to browse the CrownCoins game selection. I appreciated how the slots were organized, especially the sections highlighting new releases and jackpot games.

However, its selection of 600+ games is smaller than most sites. For example, Stake.us offers over 3,000 games, and Fortune Wins Casino carries 2,000+ titles.

I was also disappointed by CrownCoins' total lack of table games. To be clear, CrownCoins currently has zero table games available. Competitors like Stake.us and Cazino offer a broad range of table games, including blackjack, roulette, and baccarat.

CrownCoins has a Safety Index of 8.5, which is above average on the 10-point scale. It rates higher than Stake.us (8.0) and Cazino (8.2), but trails the very top of the sweepstakes market, where Real Prize (9.7), Sportzino (9.1), and Fortune Wins (8.9) all score higher.

The best of CrownCoins

  • Low entry point – At $1.99, CrownCoins has one of the lowest minimum purchase thresholds in the sweepstakes category, undercutting most rivals and making it accessible for players who want to test the platform before committing to a larger package.
  • Full credit card network coverage – CrownCoins accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, making it one of the few sweepstakes platforms with true full network coverage. Highly rated sites like Real Prize and Sportzino do not offer the same breadth of card acceptance.
  • Strong Safety Index for a slot-focused platform – CrownCoins holds a Safety Index of 8.5, a strong result for a platform that focuses exclusively on slots. This places it ahead of Stake.us (8.0) and Cazino (8.2), giving players confidence in the platform's fairness and transparency.
  • Reward missions and daily log-in bonuses – CrownCoins keeps your bankroll topped up through a combination of completable reward missions and a scaling daily login bonus starting at 5,000 CC. The missions add an extra layer of engagement beyond the passive daily drop, and the login bonus starting point is higher than Sportzino's.
  • Well-organized – The games section is organized by developer and type of slot, so it is easy to find games you will enjoy. Returning members can also use the search feature to quickly find their favorite games.

The work to be done

  • Limited game selection – The casino game library of around 600 games is smaller than that of Fortune Wins Casino (2,000+) and Stake.us (3,000+), and unlike those sites, CrownCoins does not offer live dealer table games to offset its total lack of RNG options.
  • High betting minimums – Many of the games have betting minimums upwards of 4,000 CrownCoins per spin. These were much higher than on the games at Cazino, where the minimum spin starts at just 0.10 LC.
  • Frequent pop-up ads – The high frequency of pop-up ads negatively impacted my experience as a player.

CrownCoins: rewards for players who engage

I was given, as my sweepstakes no deposit bonus, 100,000 CC and two SC after verifying my email. I was then awarded another 5,000 CC as part of my first daily log-in bonus. This is on par with highly rated rival Real Prize, which offers a similar bonus of 100,000 GC and two SC for new members.

CrownCoins offers various other impressive casino bonuses, too, including special weekly bonuses, a tiered VIP program, and an invite-a-friend program. You can claim even more promotional offers by following CrownCoins on their various social media platforms.

For instance, the CrownCoins referral promo rewards you with 400,000 CC and 20 SC for every referral who spends $14.90 after registering their account. The referral scheme at Real Prize, by comparison, offers up to 200,000 Gold Coins and 70 Sweeps Coins per referral, with a higher Sweeps Coins ceiling but a lower Gold Coin threshold per friend.

CrownCoins' social media bonuses are also easy to claim. Simply follow the casino on sites like Instagram, X, and others, then comment on their posts to receive the bonuses mentioned in the post.

Stake.us also offers social media bonuses, but typically in the form of prize drawings, which limit the number of winners, making CrownCoins' instant reward format a more accessible option.

Bonus highlights

  • Bonuses for all activity levels – Simply logging into your account will net you a bonus at CrownCoins Casino. Playing games, making deposits, and inviting friends will help you earn additional rewards. Everyone can get bonuses, and more active players will get more rewards.
  • Tiered VIP and daily log-in rewards – CrownCoins has two-tiered bonus programs. The VIP program rewards players with increasingly valuable bonuses over the life of their accounts. There is also a daily login rewards cycle that increases rewards with each consecutive login, giving CrownCoins members an advantage over Real Prize, which does not increase rewards for consecutive days logged in.
  • Win coins instantly on social media – Earn instant CC or SC by following CrownCoins on Instagram, X, and other platforms and commenting on posts. Other sites use social media primarily for prize drawings rather than instant rewards, making CrownCoins' format more consistently accessible.
  • Multiple promotional formats – Daily leaderboards and missions offer consistent CC and SC rewards. For example, one mission awarded 4,000 CC for 12 spins on Street Racer, with 2,000,000 CC for completing all daily missions. Active players can earn nearly three free SC per week, matching top competitors.

Bonus lowlights

  • Sweeps Coins have a limited shelf life – Any SC that you obtain at CrownCoins will expire in 60 days of account inactivity. If your CrownCoins account is closed for any reason, you also risk forfeiting your entire SC balance, a stricter policy than at several other competitors.
  • High redemption requirements for referral bonus – The referral bonus at CrownCoins requires invited friends to spend at least $14.90 each to qualify. This is similar to Real Prize, which requires referrals to spend $15, though Real Prize's higher Sweeps Coins ceiling makes it a more rewarding program overall for active referrers.
  • Lack of clarity on bonus expiration dates – CrownCoins does not clearly state when bonus coins will expire on the promo itself. Specific details about bonus terms can be found in the FAQ section, which confirms that SC coins expire 60 days after purchase.

Ongoing rewards & contests

CrownCoins has a six-tier Crown VIP Club that includes multiple benefits, such as:

  • Improved daily bonuses with each new level
  • Coinback (Bronze and up)
  • Birthday bonuses (Silver and up)
  • Access to the premium store (Gold and up)
  • Personal account host (Emerald)

The bonus promotions at CrownCoins include both CC and SC offers, and active players can average nearly three free SC each week. Members also compete on daily leaderboards to earn additional SC and CC. You can improve your standing on the leaderboard by spending CC or SC on slot games. The more you spin, the better your position and chance of winning a prize.

CrownCoins also offers a daily missions program, allowing players to earn additional coins by completing the assigned task for the day. For example, one of my "missions" was to play 12 spins on the Street Racer slot. Completing the mission earned me 4,000 CC. Every mission has a CC prize attached, and finishing all your daily missions rewards you with the grand prize, such as 2,000,000 CC.

CrownCoins also offers draws that you can enter by spending SC. You need at least 50 SC to redeem a prize. However, this minimum is more accessible than several other top social casinos in the USA.

For example, Cazino sets its minimum at 100 SC and has no gift card option. Real Prize sits in between, requiring 100 SC for cash but offering a lower 45 SC threshold for gift card redemptions via Prizeout. On balance, CrownCoins' 50 SC cash threshold is among the more straightforward and competitive redemption floors.

Each SC at CrownCoins is approximately equivalent to $1. So, you must either spend $50 to earn enough SC or get lucky on the slots while playing with your Sweeps Coins. CrownCoins does not make information about its current sweepstakes readily available.

This sweepstakes casino also runs regular contests between members, called Crown Races. You can compete with other players to move up the Crown Race leaderboard, with the top 100 players earning massive CC and SC prizes.

Your points are equal to the square root of your total number of spins with either SC or CC, depending on the leaderboard and the designated slot game. These slot tournaments offer guaranteed prize pools of 15 million CC or 750 SC.

💡 Expert tip: "Follow CrownCoins Casino on social media to unlock exclusive bonuses not available to other members."

All about slots, light on tables

With a library of 600+ top real casino games, CrownCoins is on the low end of average for a sweepstakes casino. Most sites in this category have between 500 and 1,000 games. Real Prize offers around 700 games, while Fortune Wins Casino carries 2,000+ titles and Stake.us leads the market with over 3,000.

I was also disappointed to find that the game catalog consisted almost entirely of slot games, with no table or live dealer casino games available.

The game selection at CrownCoins consists of titles from well-known developers such as 3 Oaks. However, if you are not a fan of slots, this casino is not for you. If you are a fan of casino games like real money blackjack or roulette, you can find better options elsewhere.

The few games that are not slots include Slingo, a mix of slots and bingo. CrownCoins also offers a few live dealer games, such as:

  • Adventures Beyond Wonderland
  • Buffalo Blitz Live
  • Spin a Win
  • Mega Party

I tried multiple slots, including Diamond Explosion, a Crown Casino exclusive from Ruby Play. In addition to Ruby Play, CrownCoins also offers exclusive titles from:

  • Spinomenal
  • Booming Games
  • Slotmill

While I enjoyed playing these games, I was disappointed by the high betting minimums on many titles. Most of the slots I tested required a minimum wager of 4,000 CC per spin. Compare that to Cazino, where minimum spins start from just 0.10 LC, giving players far more flexibility with their balance.

As a result, the bonus buy features in many titles cost hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of CC to activate.

What is great about games?

  • Top-tier developers with early access perks – CrownCoins works with leading software studios like Spinomenal, 3 Oaks, Booming Games, and Slotmill. A nice advantage here is early access to select new releases, allowing players to try fresh games before they are widely available elsewhere.
  • Exclusive titles you won't find anywhere else – The platform boasts 16 exclusives at the time of review, including Diamond Explosion by Ruby Play and several Spinomenal creations. Most mid-sized sweepstakes casinos often have fewer than 10 proprietary or exclusive titles.
  • Progressive jackpots worth millions – Many CrownCoins slots include fixed and progressive jackpots, some reaching hundreds of millions or even billions of CC. While the jackpots aren't always as high in SC equivalents, their sheer scale in CC provides big-win appeal.

Where are the gaps?

  • Low number of games available – With a library of just around 600 games, CrownCoins' library looks modest in comparison to the casino games available at Stake (3000+) and Fortune Wins (2000+). The lack of any table games was also disheartening.
  • High betting minimums – One aspect of CrownCoins that disappointed me the most was the high betting minimums on many of its slots. The average betting minimum I came across was 4,000 CC, but some games, such as CrownCoins Treasures, had a minimum of 20,000 CC per spin.
  • No table or live dealer selection – Roulette and blackjack in any format off the cards. Players are advised to play at Casino.Click, which offers both live dealer titles and RNG versions of your favorite table games.

Try games for free

CrownCoins, the titular coin of the site, are the free currency at this casino. These coins have no cash value, but you earn them by the thousands. They allow you to enjoy your top games for free and try the latest releases at CrownCoins Casino. If you want to dive in right away, check out these demo games below:

Software providers

One aspect that impressed me was the caliber of the game developers behind its library. I am talking about industry heavyweights like:

  • Playtech
  • Spinomenal
  • 3 Oaks

These same developers power some of the best sweepstakes casinos on the toplist, including Real Prize, Fortune Wins Casino, and Stake.us, so you know the quality is top tier.

On top of that, CrownCoins partners with other respected studios, such as Ruby Play, Skywind Group, Booming Games, Playson, and Slotmill, so you get a mix of proven hits and fresh releases.

And then there are the exclusives, with over a dozen titles you cannot find anywhere else, like:

  • Gates of CrownCoins
  • American CrownCoins
  • CrownCoins Freedom & Liberty
  • Immortal Ways Chocolate Crowns
  • Queen of the Crown

If you like trying games nobody else has, this is where CrownCoins really flexes its uniqueness.

💡 Expert tip: "The CrownCoins Circus section features games that will earn you points in the daily Crown Race leaderboard!"

Fast payouts but few ways to pay

CrownCoins offers fast redemption times of 72 hours or less for many of its casino payment options.

This is on par with other highly rated sites like Fortune Wins Casino (8.9), which also processes redemptions within a similar timeframe, though Fortune Wins is limited to ACH transfers.

However, I was unimpressed by its selection of payment options.

Players in the US only have three payment methods available at this sweepstakes casino:

  • Credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express
  • Apple Pay
  • Skrill

CrownCoins offers more flexibility than Sportzino, which lists just three payment methods with no e-wallet option. However, it lags behind the 10 payment methods at Bitsky.bet, the 15 available at Casino.Click, and Stake.us, which offer 20 methods. All three sites all offer support for crypto.

Unfortunately, at the time I was conducting my casino review, the Skrill casino payment method was unavailable. The prize redemption options at CrownCoins are similarly limited. Members can choose from Skrill, IBT, and gift cards as their redemption methods.

Gift cards are the fastest option, with Skrill payments a close second, taking as little as 24 hours after approval. IBT redemptions are typically the slowest, up to five days, and can vary based on the bank you are using.

Overall, the processes at CrownCoins are good, but they are not the best for casino payouts.

What's to like

  • Accepts all four major credit cards – Despite its limited number of payment options, CrownCoins gets credit for accepting all four major US credit cards. It also has a low purchase minimum of just $1.99 across all payment methods, putting it ahead of Casino.Click, which requires a $10.00 minimum purchase.
  • No fees for prize redemption – I was pleased to see that CrownCoins does not charge fees for any of its three redemption methods. Members can enjoy 100% of the Sweeps Coins they withdraw.
  • Quick gift card payouts – Gift cards are the fastest casino payout option available, often delivered almost instantly after approval, making them a great choice for players who want their rewards right away. This speed is on par with Real Prize and faster than Fortune Wins, which processes redemptions over 3 to 5 business days via bank transfer only.
  • 50 SC redemption minimum – While a 50 SC withdrawal threshold is lower than competitors like Real Prize (100 SC for cash) and Cazino (100 SC).

What's not to like

  • Only three deposit and redemption methods – CrownCoins only offers three deposit and three redemption options, lagging far behind rivals. Casino.Click and Stake.us offer 15 and 20, respectively, including crypto casino payments.

Safe enough to play but not a leader yet

With a Safety Index score of 8.5 out of 10, CrownCoins outperforms many of its contemporaries, including Stake.us (8.0) and Cazino. However, it trails leading casinos such as Real Prize (9.7) and Sportzino (9.1).

One of the major reasons CrownCoins did not receive a higher Safety Index is its history of slow payouts. The site launched in 2023, and some players who used it during its first year of operation struggled to receive the payouts they deserved, which hurt the casino's Safety Index.

Some players have also complained that the slots at CrownCoins don't pay as often as they should. Concerns about the low payout frequency lowered the casino's Safety Index.

CrownCoins is owned and operated by Sunflower Limited, a small company based in Tel-Aviv with fewer than a dozen employees. You can submit a ticket on the Sunflower Limited website for assistance if something goes wrong.

Why you can trust CrownCoins

  • Above-average Safety Index score – CrownCoins' Safety Index score of 8.5 is above average, placing it ahead of Stake.us (8.0) and Cazino (8.2).
  • Contact form for parent company – If you experience any issues while using CrownCoins, you can easily contact customer support. However, if you still experience trouble or feel you have been unfairly treated, you can also file a complaint on the website of Sunflower Limited, the parent company.
  • A known and established brand – Now in its third year of operations, you can rely on CrownCoins more than some newer sweeps casinos that are not as well established.

Where the issues lie

  • Complaints about prize redemption issues – Some complaints about CrownCoins concern the prize redemption process. Players have also reported problems contacting customer support in attempts to resolve their prize redemption issues.

💡 Expert tip: "If CrownCoins can improve their prize redemption process, their score may improve over time, so check back to see if there are any updates in that area soon."

A mobile casino built for iOS, not everyone

CrownCoins Casino has a sweepstakes mobile app, but it is only available for iOS. As an Android user, I could not personally test the app.

However, according to the Apple App Store, the CrownCoins app has an average rating of 4.8 out of 5 with over 36,000 ratings. That is higher than apps offered by Real Prize (4.5) and Fortune Wins Casino (3.3), placing CrownCoins among the most highly rated sweepstakes casino apps on iOS.

Having an mobile casino app, even if it is only available to iOS users, gives CrownCoins a leg up on many other sweepstakes casinos, including Cazino and Stake.us, which do not have dedicated apps available in the App Store.

I could not test the app, but I was able to access CrownCoins from my mobile browser. The site worked well on my Samsung phone, and I was able to access the full game library, manage my account, and more from my mobile device.

What's good about playing on the go

  • There is an app for Apple users – Having a mobile app is a considerable advantage for CrownCoins. Cazino offers no app, and others, like Fortune Wins Casino, have apps with significantly lower ratings.
  • Fast loading speeds and access to the full library – CrownCoins loaded quickly in my mobile browser, and I was able to easily navigate between sections on the site. I could also access the complete 600+ game library with ease.
  • Android users can play without downloading the app – Even without an app for Android devices, I was still able to access CrownCoins Casino. The site is optimized for mobile browsers, allowing you to use it without the app.

What could be improved?

  • No app for Android users – I was disappointed that there was no CrownCoins Casino app for Android users. You can find the Fortune Wins and High 5 Casino apps available on Android.
  • Not all games are fully optimized for mobile players – The games I tested in my mobile browser worked great, but the font in some games, such as Joker's Jewels CA$H, was too small to be legible.

💡 Expert tip: "Try accessing CrownCoins using the app and your mobile browser to see which you prefer."

Support's there… if you can find it

CrownCoins offers members multiple options for accessing customer support. Unfortunately, these contact methods are challenging to find.

For instance, there is a 24/7 live chat option, which gives CrownCoins a leg up on the many sweepstakes sites that do not offer live chat, such as Real Prize and Fortune Wins Casino. Also, unlike some competitors, you do not need to make a purchase to access live chat.

However, the live chat option is hidden unless you scroll to the very bottom of the page and click the "Contact Us" button. Other sites conceal their live chat feature in similar fashions, so this is not unique to CrownCoins.

Alternative support options include email, telephone, and support agents on CrownCoins' various social media accounts. Unfortunately, these options are also hidden from members.

On the bright side, the Help Center has dozens of articles explaining commonly asked questions. There is also a search function, making it easy to find the answers you are looking for.

When I did reach out to customer support, they responded quickly. Improved levels of support, including a personal host, are available at the highest VIP levels.

The best of CrownCoins customer support

  • In-depth articles in the FAQ section – The FAQ section, titled the Help Center, is full of informative articles that answer a wide array of member questions. I was able to find answers to most of my questions in this section without contacting customer support.
  • Various customer service options are available – Some of them are hidden, but CrownCoins does offer a full spectrum of customer service options, including live chat, email, and phone. This puts it ahead of Real Prize and Fortune Wins Casino, which lack a true live chat feature,
  • Help is available 24/7 regardless of VIP level – Emerald members have access to a personal host to help address their concerns. However, even the newest members of CrownCoins can access 24/7 online support.

The issues

  • Live chat is hard to find – For some reason, CrownCoins hides its live chat feature at the bottom of the page and does not make it available on all pages, making it even more difficult to access. Cazino makes its live chat easily accessible from anywhere on the site, offering a more seamless support experience.
  • Some users have reported slow response times – One complaint about CrownCoins is that some users report slow response times from customer support. However, this was not my experience, so the support team may have improved since those complaints were made.

Registration at CrownCoins – quick & easy

I found the account registration process at CrownCoins very straightforward. Members do not need to upload their ID when creating their account, but they must verify their ID before redeeming SC for prizes. Also, you have multiple options for registering your account.

How to register

You can create your account at CrownCoins in three easy steps.

  1. Go to the CrownCoins website – Click the "SIGN UP" button, accept the terms and conditions, then choose your sign-up method: Google, Facebook, or email. Then create your account password.
  2. Verify your registration method – A confirmation message will be sent to either your email, Gmail, or Facebook, depending on your choice in step one.
  3. Claim the welcome bonus package – After confirming your email, you will receive your welcome bonus of 100,000 CrownCoins and two Sweep Coins.

After you collect your bonus, you will set your country of origin and language preferences. This will determine the type of currency your account can use. You cannot change these settings once they are set.

CrownCoins: solid now, promising for the future

The quick sign-up process and enticing welcome offer set the bar high for CrownCoins Casino. Unfortunately, the average-sized game library and lack of table games fell short of my expectations.

While it is far from perfect, the casino has made clear strides since launching in 2023. I did not experience any issues reported in previous complaints, such as slow responses from customer service.

I agree with its Safety Index of 8.5, as the casino still has some areas for improvement and some player concerns to address. I saw no visible issues that might have raised an alarm for me. Ultimately, I had a positive experience at CrownCoins, and I expect the site to be even better in the future if it continues its current track.

Safety and fairness

Take a look at the explanation of factors that we consider when calculating the Safety Index rating of CrownCoins Casino. The Safety Index is the main metric we use to describe the trustworthiness, fairness, and quality of all online casinos in our database.

Terms and conditions
Fair
Issues found: 0
Last updatedLast updated

We go over the terms and conditions of each casino and look for unfair rules that could potentially be used against players. Any clauses we consider to be unfair result in a lower Safety Index for the casino.

Casino size
Very big casino

Bigger casinos are generally safer for players, because their high revenues allow them to pay out even very big wins without any issues and their quality has been proven by a large number of players. We take into account estimated revenues over the last 4 years.

Player complaints signify that the casino does not treat players right or deal with certain situations correctly. We consider the number and seriousness of complaints in relation to the casino’s size, as it can be expected that sites with more players will also have more complaints. Besides direct complaints, we also considered 8 complaints from other sources.

If a casino appears on relevant blacklists, it is usually a sign that it has some negative qualities. We consider each blacklist and decrease the casino’s Safety Index based on our view of the situation and its seriousness.

There can also be other characteristics and qualities of a casino that influence its Safety Index, such as win limits, low withdrawal limits, fake games or licenses, bad or no customer support, a network of land-based shops, etc.
