BitskyBet Casino Review

Bitsky.bet is a sweepstakes casino with 2,500+ titles and counting, social media giveaways, and a Safety Index Score of 8.5. Before you get started, we're highlighting the site's biggest strengths and weaknesses based on our hands-on testing, so you can see what to expect before you sign up.

Key facts about Bitsky.bet

Feature Details

My first impressions of Bitsky.bet

Bitsky launched in November 2024 and packs a powerful punch, offering over 2,500 games. I had a blast completing daily tasks for free coins, claiming progressive bonuses every single day, and working my way through the VIP ranks to unlock special offers and higher redemption limits.

After creating a new account, I received 10,000 GC and 1 SC to start. This bonus is mostly equal to TaoFortune's welcome pack, which contains 250,000 GC and 1 SC.

However, I was able to get an extra free SC off the bat by following TaoFortune on Facebook – this isn't available here. Some of Bitsky's top selling points include four available discounts on your first purchase, crypto compatibility for quicker redemptions, and mystery wheel spins.

I spent $5 on my first purchase to collect 100,000 GC and 10 free SC. You can also spend $10, $15, or $25 to claim a 100% boost, the most expensive of which gets you 500,000 GC and 50 free SC. This offer is on par with TaoFortune's 100% purchase boost (priced at $20 for 40 SC).

In addition to having more games than Stake.us and even Spree Casino, there's lots of variety you won't find elsewhere. Scratch cards, live dealer options, shooting games, bingo, and crash are offered in spades.

Another aspect I found quite interesting was Bitsky.bet's third-party platforms, which rely on the same account credentials you used to sign up. Unfortunately, for me, this part of the website wasn't working and got stuck on the "Signing Up" tab.

The website can also feel laggy at times, but the instant-play app feels significantly smoother. Here's what I liked and what I found could use some improvement during my casino review.

What I love

  • Fairly diverse game collection – Bitsky.bet has approximately 2,500 games. You'll find everything from virtual tables and scratch cards to new slots and live dealer options. That puts it among the larger game libraries in the sweepstakes space.
  • Multiple first-purchase discounts – You can take advantage of first purchase discounts starting from just $5 at Bitsky.bet. Chumba and Mega Bonanza require players to spend at least $9.99 before qualifying for a boost, so Bitsky is more affordable for beginners.
  • Quick crypto redemptions available – You can use USDT, USDC, Polygon, or 7+ other crypto tokens to make instant purchases and get redemptions within 24–48 hours. This puts Bitsky.bet on par with Stake.us, which is also compatible with 20+ crypto tokens.
  • Live chat, email, and phone support – Bitsky.bet is one of the few sweepstakes casinos to offer free live chat, email, and phone support. Only Free Spin and Moonspin come to mind as decent alternatives for players who want to speak with a real person over the phone.

What needs to be fixed

  • Third-party platforms are broken – Bitsky lists several third-party games under the "Platforms" tab on its website, but I couldn't access any of them because the site kept crashing. It would be interesting to see how these games work.
  • The website feels noticeably laggy – Unfortunately, Bitsky.bet falls behind established sweepstakes platforms because it lags when browsing games and using the menus. If you want a smoother experience, I'd highly suggest bookmarking the instant-play app.

Claiming first-purchase bonuses, login rewards, and other special promotions at Bitsky.bet

I got 10,000 GC and 1 free SC after signing up with Bitsky. This no-deposit casino promotion sits squarely below Zula Casino's welcome bonus, which offers 10 free SC upfront. Capyspin matches Zula's offer with 10 free CC upfront, but redemptions aren't yet available since the site is in beta mode.

With 10,000 GC + 1 SC upfront, Bitsky.bet's welcome offer feels modest next to Moonspin casino's 60,000 GC + 3 SC, although Cazino Casino doesn't currently offer a no-deposit bonus.

That said, Bitsky.bet redeems itself with excellent progressive login rewards and daily chances to spin the Wheel of Fortune. I signed in to claim 0.05 SC, 0.1 SC, 0.2 SC, 0.4 SC, 0.6 SC, 0.8 SC, and finally, 1 SC on my seventh day of consecutive gameplay.

I also spun the Wheel of Fortune to collect a max of 5 SC daily. These offers thoroughly defeat TaoFortune's progressive login bonus, which only credits free SC two days out of the week. It's also a better deal than Mega Bonanza, where I only earned 1,500 GC and 0.2 free SC per day.

Interestingly enough, you can also get flash discounts by spinning the wheel. I entered a promo code to claim a 10% discount on my next purchase, and these discounts apply independently of the first-purchase bonuses I mentioned earlier.

In this way, Bitsky.bet is similar to Stake.us and Sweeps Royal, as all three sites offer frequent rewards for regular GC buyers. But some of the most unique casino bonuses here are the daily tasks.

I received a bonus of 10,000 GC and 0.2 free SC after spending 20 SC on Buffalo's Wealth. You can enjoy qualifying games and/or make purchases to collect coins. Crown Coins, TaoFortune, and Chumba also offer daily rewards by encouraging players to finish similarly easy tasks.

What's great about promotions

  • Several ways to get free coins daily – In addition to claiming progressive login rewards that give you a max of 1 SC after seven days of playing games, you can complete daily tasks for even more free coins. You also get to spin the Wheel of Fortune for up to 5 SC.
  • Regular social media giveaways – Bitsky.bet hosts regular giveaways on Instagram and Facebook. However, the prizes aren't specified; they're sent to your email on file instead. From time to time, you'll also find percentage-based discounts on social media channels.
  • Clearly explained VIP benefits – As you continue playing games at Bitsky, you'll get XP Points that translate to VIP perks. Higher redemption limits, level-up rewards, and exclusive promos are just the tip of the iceberg as you move from Bronze to Emerald.
  • Special promo codes available – Whenever you spin the Wheel of Fortune, there's a chance you might end up with promo codes that give you a discount on GC purchases. Funrize and TaoFortune also have mystery wheels, but they only promise GC and SC.
  • Commission-based referral bonus – When you invite friends to Bitsky.bet, you'll receive 200,000 GC per person and 10% of the GC/SC they purchase, up to 3 times. There's no limit on the number of friends you can invite. This offer is better than McLuck's because your friend doesn't need to spend exorbitant amounts of money for you to get a bonus.

What could use improvement

  • No tournaments or events – Bitsky doesn't host any competitive tournaments or events, putting it behind TaoFortune and Casino.Click (both of which offer daily races and other slot events).
  • Lackluster no-deposit bonus – I only got 10,000 GC and 1 free SC when I created a new account with Bitsky.bet, whereas the average no-deposit bonus for sweepstakes casinos comes with at least 2 to 2.5 free SC at sites like Chumba and Mega Bonanza.

Ongoing rewards and contests

Even though you won't find contests, here's a snapshot of Bitsky.bet's hottest ongoing rewards:

  • Social media giveaways – Follow Bitsky on Instagram and Facebook to capitalize on the comment section. Giving your feedback could result in special rewards, although the number of winners and prize amounts isn't always specified.
  • VIP program – The Bitsky VIP program spans seven tiers, from Bronze to Emerald. Each new tier unlocks a progressive reward of up to 700,000 GC + 40 free SC. It also gives you daily withdrawal limits of up to 2,500 SC and unlocks a 10% bonus on the third-party games.
  • Promo codes on socials – Bitsky.bet sometimes shares discount codes on its social media pages, and you may also get codes from the Wheel of Fortune. This gives players another way to save on GC purchases.
  • KYC verification bonus – When you complete KYC verification, you'll get a bonus of 10,000 GC and 2 free SC.

Expert tip: Make sure you don't skip a day when claiming progressive bonuses. If you miss a login, your progress resets.

Checking out 2,500+ popular slots, specialties, and live games at Bitsky.bet

Bitsky has over 2,500 online casino games, putting it far ahead of Chumba (which has around 300 games) and Lonestar (which has 600-ish titles). The average game count for most sweepstakes casinos is between 500 and 1,000, so Bitsky.bet easily doubles the usual.

The game library shines compared to WOW Vegas, Stake.us, and Casino.Click, all of which have at least 1,000–2,000 games on deck. I enjoyed a lot of variety, with plenty of instant-win specialties, fishing titles, scratch cards, slots, and virtual table games. Still, live games are a bit lackluster for a platform with so many options.

It's easy to search by software provider, game category, and popularity using the top and side menus. I had the most fun checking out popular titles like Forest Wedding and Lucky Penguins, which appeal to animal lovers with cutesy graphics and old-school slot mechanics.

2,000+ slots comprise the bulk of what's available, but there are no themed collections beyond the one I just mentioned. Casino-style classics like 81 Forever: Bonus Wheel and Panda Fortune Rush pair nicely with Asian games, animal games, and 3x3 reels.

Nearly 100 virtual table games offer video poker, roulette, and blackjack for enthusiasts. There are only a handful of live dealer options limited to roulette, blackjack, and Take Two baccarat.

I even found a couple of virtual sports betting options, my favorite being Dogs 3D. TRON Race is another top choice for gamers who want to explore futuristic motorcycle races, but Velodrom 3D is a better title for bike racing enthusiasts.

It's super rare to find these anywhere, even at dedicated sites like Stake.us and Mega Bonanza.

My only real complaint about the game selection is that platform (third-party) games were inaccessible. This was disappointing, as it gives Bitsky.bet a unique edge over the competition.

What you'll love about gameplay

  • Diverse line-up for everyone – Bitsky.bet packs a lot of variety into over 2,500 games. Even Stake.us can't compete with so many different fishing titles, crash games, tables, and instant-win specialties to choose from. The only titles it's missing are true originals.
  • Easy sorting by category – It's incredibly easy to search for games by provider and category on the website. I used the side menu to sift through fish games, crash titles, lottery-style games, and virtual sports betting options.
  • Virtual sports betting available – Bitsky.bet is in a league of its own with virtual sports betting for dog racing, bike racing, and robot racing. Sportzino is the only other sweeps casino I can think of that also lists virtual sports, and that's because it has a sportsbook.

What makes the site fall behind

  • Fewer live games than expected – Bitsky is an excellent choice for slot players, but it has fewer live dealer games than I'd ideally like to see. There are just over five live games here, whereas Mega Bonanza and McLuck have around 20–30 live options apiece.
  • Third-party platform games weren't available – I was super excited to check out the third-party platform games on Bitsky.bet, but I couldn't get past the sign-up screen.

Explore games from 22 established and lesser-known software providers

Bitsky.bet teams up with 22 casino software providers. Normally, sweepstakes casinos work with 10-20 software providers, and even larger sites like Funrize stay closer to that range.

Well-known studios like Expanse, BGaming, Boldplay, Netgame, and 1Spin4Win host classic games like Gemhalla: X-Mas Edition, Zeus Goes Wild, and the original Avia Masters. If you're in the market for arcade-style games, KA Gaming/Inbet offer everything from Keno to scratch-offs.

Virtual tables are sponsored by KA Gaming, BGaming, and Espresso Games for the most part. Unfortunately, live dealer options are limited to GrazGame, with no offerings from ICONIC21 or Evolution, putting Bitsky.bet behind competitors like Sweeps Royal and Stake.us.

Try games for free

Because Bitsky.bet is a sweepstakes casino, its library of free casino games uses Gold Coins (GC) and Sweepstakes Cash (SC) instead of real money. Both currencies are free to obtain, and you're never required to make GC purchases before enjoying yourself.

Still, there are some differences between GC and SC. You'll use GC to practice, and you'll use SC to play games for prize redemption purposes. Keep in mind that you have to win 100 SC or more before requesting cash or crypto prizes.

Expert tip: If you want to get a closer look at third-party games before they're fixed up again, open "Platforms." You can even see which players have already won and redeemed SC prizes from the top portion of the screen.

Using debit/credit cards and cryptocurrencies for payments

You can use your Visa/Mastercard or 11+ crypto coins to make purchases and receive prize redemptions at Bitsky.bet. It also supports Apple Pay or Google Pay on desktop or mobile, respectively. Most sweepstakes casinos that accept Apple Pay only make it available on iOS.

While the range of cryptocurrency payment options on offer is most similar to Stake.us (which accepts 20+ forms of crypto), it doesn't have enough fiat payment options. Ideally, I'd like to see both PayPal and Skrill as purchase options – this would make Bitsky even with Chumba and RealPrize.

Casino.Click also accepts cryptocurrencies, but with fewer options than Bitsky.bet. The site's $5.00 GC purchase minimum is on par with TaoFortune's $4.99 minimum, but platforms like Chumba and Casino.Click list a more affordable $2.00 purchase requirement.

That said, I do like that its first-purchase bonuses start at $5, rather than $9.99 as I've seen at McLuck and Mega Bonanza. All GC packages come with free SC as a bonus, and you can spend up to $500 on bundles. TaoFortune and Funrize casino have the same purchase maximum.

I'm not a fan of the casino's 50 SC redemption requirement for gift cards and 100 SC minimum for cash/crypto prizes. Both of these requirements feel markedly less accessible than those I've seen at Mega Bonanza (10 SC) and TaoFortune (25 SC).

On the bright side, you'll enjoy 24–48-hour payout speeds when using crypto. Bank transfers take 1-3 days for delivery, which still beats the 3–7 day wait time I experienced at TaoFortune.

What's cool about the banking menu

  • Use 11+ forms of crypto – Bitsky accepts USDT, USDC, DAI, EUROC, Glo Dollar, Compliant Naira, and several other crypto tokens for purchases and redemptions. The banking menu feels most similar to Stake.us, which supports 20+ cryptocurrencies.
  • Accepts Apple Pay/GPay – Bitsky.bet is one of the few sweeps casinos to accept both Apple Pay and GPay on desktop and mobile. If you're using McLuck or another casino that accepts Apple Pay, you have to use your iPhone to make GC purchases.
  • Plenty of options for big spenders – The maximum purchase at Bitsky.bet is $500. By comparison, Chumba tops out at $300, while RealPrize and Crown Coins cap their coin bundles at $100 and $99.99. It's clear that Bitsky.bet is the better option for high roller players.

Where it falls short

  • Not enough fiat payment options – Beyond debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, Bitsky doesn't accept enough fiat payments. I would like to see PayPal, Trustly, Skrill, and bank transfer purchases made available, similar to what RealPrize casino offers.
  • Low daily redemption maximums – As a new player at Bitsky, you're restricted to redeeming a maximum of 500 SC per day. This limit can reach up to 2,500 SC per day when you make it to Emerald VIP, but that still feels restrictive for players who redeem prizes regularly.

Expert tip: Before you can redeem prizes, you'll have to complete KYC verification. The entire process is handled by Shufti, a secure third-party provider. I was asked to submit my ID, take a selfie, and confirm some personal info. I was verified within a few minutes, and I even got 2 SC for my time.

How payments and redemptions break down:

Method Minimum amount Processing time Notes
💰 Purchases Credit/Debit card $4.99 Instant Visa, Mastercard
Apple Pay $4.99 Instant iOS/Desktop
Google Pay $4.99 Instant Android/Desktop
Cryptocurrency $5.00 Instant USDT, USDC, USD1, DAI, USDTO, PayPal USD, Bridged USDC, EUROC, Glo Dollar, Liquity USD, Compliant Naira
🎁 Redemptions Bank transfer (Cash) 100 SC 1-3 business days Must redeem $100 equivalent
Crypto 100 SC 24–48 hours Must redeem $100 equivalent
Gift card 50 SC 1-3 business days Must redeem $50 equivalent
🧾 Verification Submit ID through Shufti Required to redeem prizes Instant At least 1x playthrough on bonus SC

Explaining how Bitsky.bet received a Safety Index Score of 8.5

Bitsky.bet is a sweepstakes casino, which enables it to operate without a traditional gambling license. You'll use Gold Coins and Sweepstake Cash to play games instead of betting money.

Because you're never required to spend cash before playing games and potentially redeeming prizes, Bitsky.bet is able to operate in 40 US states. By contrast, regulated real money casinos are limited to seven US states. In lieu of a proper license, we pay attention to third-party reviews for social casinos.

We also construct our Safety Index scores based on factors like the casino's operating history and our hands-on review of the platform. That being said, Bitsky has been around for a couple of years – it opened in November of 2024, and it has a Safety Index Score of 8.5.

This score is ahead of Legendz and Moonspin.us, but slightly behind TaoFortune and RealPrize.

It received this score because it is a medium-sized sweeps casino with no player complaints. It also has a positive Trustpilot track record. However, two factors went against Bitsky.bet.

While partnerships with BGaming and other reputable software providers are a good sign, the FAQ addresses game fairness in relation to the crypto blockchain. Quite frankly, the site's explanation doesn't make much sense, and they avoid mentioning Random Number Generator (RNG) certification.

Finally, while separate from the Safety Index, one major issue I discovered is that you're limited to betting various amounts of SC (at maximum) based on the total of your previous purchases.

Green flags indicating legitimacy

  • Transparent company information – Bitsky.bet transparently discloses its parent company on the website footer, and a quick Google search reveals the company's primary address for correspondence.
  • Good set of third-party reviews – Bitsky.bet has a 4.6/5 star Trustpilot rating based on more than 160 reviews, and there are no complaints about the site on Casino Guru.
  • Mandatory KYC + location checks – Before prize redemptions are approved, you'll have to complete KYC through Shufti. The site also asks for your browser's location before allowing you to play games.
  • Enable standard RSG tools – Bitsky.bet offers purchase limits, self-exclusions, and direct links to external support resources for struggling players, in compliance with industry standards.

What doesn't seem right

  • Max bet limits based on purchases – According to the site's Sweepstakes Rules, you are limited to betting a maximum of 49 SC at once if you spend less than $300 on GC purchases. You can bet up to 299 SC at once if you buy $2,000+ worth of Gold Coins.
  • No RNG certification statement – Bitsky.bet's lack of an RNG certification statement raises questions about the fairness of its games.

Expert tip: In order to implement RSG limits on your account, email support@bitsky.us. You can set daily GC purchase limits, request a short time-out, or request a self-exclusion. It's also possible to delete your account entirely.

My experience with Bitsky.bet on mobile: the instant-play app is best

Bitsky's mobile website runs well enough on iOS/Android, but I'd suggest bookmarking the instant-play app for faster game load times and lower overall lag if you prefer a mobile casino app experience. You can click "Share" and "Add to Home Screen" in Safari or Chrome to add the Bitsky.bet icon to your home screen.

RealPrize, High 5 Casino, and TaoFortune also offer solid mobile play, so Bitsky.bet is far from alone on that front. Still, downloadable versions of sweepstakes casinos are rare to find, with the exception of Crown Coins and Chumba Lite.

In addition to saving time with automated logins, the instant-play app features a bottom-row menu for easier navigation. I was able to access the main menu, live chat support, the lobby, and the GC store with just a few clicks.

I much prefer using the instant-play app as opposed to the desktop website. However, it's worth noting that tables and live dealer games look best when you hold your phone sideways to play.

What makes the app great

  • No reports of mobile lag – Mobile lag isn't a concern for players on Trustpilot, Casino Guru, and other third-party review sites.
  • Optimized instant-play app – The Bitsky.bet instant-play app delivers faster load times and smoother navigation than either the desktop or mobile website.

Where things need to change

  • Third-party games are broken – I was hoping platform games would be available on the instant-play app, but I encountered the same login issue I had on desktop. For better or worse, third-party games are inaccessible no matter which device you're using.

Expert tip: Because Bitsky conducts mandatory location checks, you may need to adjust your web browser settings. Make sure that Chrome or Safari is allowed to access your current location before bookmarking the instant-play app.

Contacting customer support at Bitsky.bet - Live chat, email, and FAQ assistance

Bitsky offers triple-tiered support in the form of chat, email, and phone assistance. Casino.Click is another top choice for player assistance, since you'll also find a phone line and free chat service here.

Both sites offer better service than Hello Millions and other social casinos that require an initial purchase before granting access to chat support. I got chat replies from Bitsky.bet in 30 seconds to a minute. Casino.Click and Free Spin respond to live chat inquiries within a similar timeframe.

Agents were helpful in responding to my questions about verification requirements, redemption limits, and available payment methods. I sent a message to support@bitsky.us and got a reply 12 hours later. Follow-up responses took 12–24 hours, which falls within industry standards.

Unfortunately, social media support is still nonexistent despite Bitsky.bet's presence on FB and Instagram. Sweeps Royal and Stake.us offer assistance on socials, so I'd like to see the same changes made here.

What I liked about support

  • Free chat support – Unlike McLuck and Hello Millions, you're not required to make a purchase before getting in touch with chat support. Agents usually respond within 30 seconds to a minute, and they're available 24/7.
  • Dedicated phone hotline – Bitsky.bet goes the extra mile to offer dedicated phone support. You can ring +1 (667) 338-0941 to speak with a real person. Free Spin Casino also has phone support, but it's not a common find at most sweepstakes casinos.
  • Industry-standard email replies – Bitsky's email team responds to inquiries in 12-24 hours, putting it on par with Chumba and Casino.Click.

Improvements to be made

  • FAQ page is grammatically incorrect – The site's FAQ page is grammatically incorrect and riddled with errors. It was a difficult read. Some of the answers to certain questions, specifically those regarding game fairness, don't make much sense.
  • Discrepancy in listed information – When I checked the Responsible Gambling page, it listed support@bitsky.bet as the appropriate contact email. The real contact email is support@bitsky.us, and this discrepancy needs to be changed as soon as possible.

How we tested it:

Channel Response time
Live Chat 30 seconds–1 minute
Email 12–24 hours
Phone N/A
Social media No response on Facebook or Instagram

Expert tip: If you have questions about affiliate partnerships, it's worth sending a message to info@bitsky.us instead of using the general support line.

How I got started with Bitsky.bet in less than 60 seconds

Like TaoFortune and McLuck, Bitsky.bet makes it super easy to register and claim free coins. I completed the sign-up process in just under a minute, and I'm showing you how to get started below.

How to register

Here are the steps I followed to create my new account with Bitsky.bet:

  1. Open Bitsky.bet's website – Open the Bitsky website and click "Register." Enter your full name and email before creating a username and password. Re-type your password, then check the boxes to confirm your age/eligibility to play.

Complete the captcha and click "Sign Up" to proceed. You can also register with Google to save time and auto-fill some of your information.
  2. Verify your email address – Open your email inbox and look for a one-time password from Bitsky.bet. Enter the six-digit code you receive on the website to verify your email. At this point, you'll notice 10,000 GC and 1 free SC waiting in your account balance.
  3. Complete your account profile – Before you can make purchases, you'll need to finish up your profile. Click "Account" to get started. Enter your mobile phone number and click "Verify." Then, re-type the six-digit OTP you received via SMS.

Finally, enter your date of birth and residential address before clicking "Save Account." Now, you'll have full access to the site's games and purchase options. Before you can redeem prizes, however, you'll need to complete KYC verification.

Should you play at Bitsky.bet? Yes, but there needs to be a new statement on RNG certification

Bitsky is a promising sweepstakes casino with thousands of games and plenty of ways to claim free coins daily, putting it ahead of most competitors by default. Daily tasks became my favorite promotion during testing, simply because it was almost too easy to earn free GC/SC.

The Wheel of Fortune is another epic promo that unlocks special discounts and up to 5 SC on every spin. Plus, the progressive login rewards here are far beyond what you'll find at McLuck, Pulsz, and Pulsz Bingo (all of which cap out around 800 GC + 0.4 free SC by the week's end).

Mobile players won't have any trouble accessing their favorite titles via the instant-play app, but the desktop website needs some work to reduce lag and delays. Additionally, third-party games didn't work for me at all during testing, although other players may have a different experience.

The only major complaints I have about Bitsky.bet concern game fairness and betting limits. As mentioned, there's no indication that games are RNG-certified despite the casino's partnerships with BGaming, Mancala, and other reputable software providers.

It's also somewhat concerning that you're limited to betting a specific number of SC based on your total purchase amount. Finally, I'd like to see improvements made to the FAQ page. The good news here is that live chat, email, and phone support are where I'd expect them to be.

Finally, it would be nice to see Bitsky.bet increase daily redemption limits for everyone, rather than reserving the privilege for VIP players.
