High 5 Casino Review

High 5 Casino is a sweepstakes heavyweight operated by High 5 Entertainment. Its library includes1,500+ games, while collectible Diamonds let you trigger in-game boosts like win multipliers and free spins on selected titles. With daily bonuses, four-hour Bonus Drops, and a Prestige loyalty program, there's plenty to keep players coming back. We put it to the test to see if it lives up to the hype.

Key facts about High 5

My first impressions of High 5

Signing up for High 5 Casino was quick, and the lobby gave me plenty to explore right away. New players can start with a sign-up bonus of 400 Game Coins, 3 Sweeps Coins, and 300 Diamonds as a free sign up bonus, with no purchases required.

High 5 also emphasizes recurring rewards. There are daily bonuses, time-based Bonus Drops , collectible Diamonds, and a loyalty program. This makes the site feel more active than a basic "claim once and play" sweepstakes casino.

The thing that really pulled me in was the size of the game library. High 5 lists more than 1,500 games, so it sits among the larger sweepstakes casinos. I also came across familiar High 5 Games titles, including White Orchid, Golden Goddess, and Da Vinci Diamonds.

The catch is variety. High 5 is strongest for slots and specialty games. It also offers a decent mix of jackpot titles and crash games. However, there is little in the way of classic table games, so if those are your priority, sites like Bitsky.bet and Stake.us offer a fuller spread of blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and video poker.

On safety, High 5 has a High Safety Index of 8.6/10. The Safety Index is our independent measure of how fair and trustworthy a site is, so it's the first thing worth checking before you sign up. It looks at things like fair terms, a clean complaints record, and how the site treats its players, rather than its games or bonuses.

What I loved

• A deep, first-party slots library – High 5 has more than 1,500 slots, including over 300 exclusive titles, giving slots fans plenty to explore. This offers a wider library than Chumba and CrownCoins, making it a strong option for players who favor variety.
• Diamonds add on-demand boosts – Alongside Game Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC), High 5 lets you collect Diamonds and spend them on boosts like win multipliers, feature unlocks, and extra free spins on selected games . It's a layer of session control that most competitors don't offer.
• Stackable no-purchase rewards – Daily login bonuses keep coins coming, and Bonus Drops top up your Game Coins and Diamonds every four hours, so there's usually a reason to check back. Between those, referrals, and the Prestige loyalty program, there are several no-purchase ways to keep your balance topped up.

What could be better

• No phone support – High 5’s support setup includes live chat, email, a Help Center, and social/community channels, but there is no clearly advertised phone line. That is the main drawback compared with casinos like Casino.Click, which backs up email and live chat with a rare phone support option.
• Limited classic table games – High 5 Casino focuses heavily on slots and specialty games, with no traditional blackjack, roulette, baccarat, or live dealer games currently available. If you prefer classic casino tables over slots, you'll find better options elsewhere.

Bonuses, daily rewards, and Prestige perks

High 5 Casino does its best work after the welcome package. The free sign-up bonus gives you some coins and Diamonds to try the site, but the recurring rewards are where the site earns its keep.

Two of them carry most of the load. The Daily Harvest lets you claim free Sweeps Coins each day, while Bonus Drops top up your Game Coins and Diamonds in four-hour intervals, with no purchase needed. It's always nice having something waiting to be claimed when you log in.

Diamonds are the part I keep coming back to. You can spend them through Boost on Demand to activate extras such as free spins, Feature Boosts, Super Boosts, and Win Multipliers on selected games. Casino.Click and Real Prize Casino both offer recurring daily bonuses and socialmediagiveaways, but High 5's Diamonds add a hands-on layer that those sites don't.

The loyalty side runs through High 5 Prestige, which rewards active players with tier-based perks:

• Better daily rewards
• Level-up bonuses
• Birthday and anniversary rewards
• Free spins
• Free Sweeps Coins

There's a trade-off worth knowing, though. Prestige tracks recent activity rather than lifetime play, so your tier can slip if you take a break, which makes it less set-and-forget than a standard VIP ladder.

The referral program rounds things out. Each qualifying referral pays 600 Game Coins, 20 Sweeps Coins, and 600 Diamonds, provided your friend opens a new account through your referral link and spends $9.99 within 30 days. That's a lower bar than CrownCoins' $14.90 threshold, so it's an easier offer to trigger.

Where rewards shine

• Diamonds add a hands-on layer – Diamonds were the most distinctive part of High 5's reward system for me. Many sweepstakes casinos, including Chumba, offer attractive daily login-style rewards, but High 5's Diamonds go a step further by letting players use them on selected in-game boosts.
• Something to claim every few hours – Some sweepstakes sites keep daily rewards simple, with one claim every 24 hours, such as Bitsky.bet. High 5 feels more active than many sweepstakes casinos, as the site offers regular Daily Harvest and Bonus Drop rewards.
• Competitive referral rewards – High 5 gives 600 Game Coins, 20 Sweeps Coins, and 600 Diamonds when a referred friend qualifies. That fixed 20 SC reward can be stronger than purchase-based referral systems like Sportzino Casino's, where referral rewards start at 1 SC and scale based on how much your friend spends.

Where they come up short

• Prestige tier can slip if you pause – High 5 Prestige rewards players based on activity over the past 30–45 days, so your tier can drop if you take a break. That may feel less predictable than lifetime-style VIP programs like Stake.us casino, where players progress through fixed VIP levels based on cumulative gameplay.
• Diamond boosts are limited to selected games – Diamonds are a useful extra, but you can’t spend them on boosts across the whole library. Available features and Diamond costs vary by title and timing, so what you can unlock depends on the current Boost on Demand selection.

Ongoing rewards and contests

High 5's ongoing rewards are not all packed into one place. Some appear in the lobby, some are tracked through My Hub, and others are promoted by email or social media.

• Social drops – High 5 runs surprise free-spin links and giveaways across Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit. These are usually first-come, first-served, so they feel more like quick promo drops than dependable daily rewards. If you are not following High 5’s social channels, they are easy to miss.
• Daily claims and Bonus Drops – Daily Harvest is the simple once-a-day reward, while Bonus Drops add another reason to check back. I liked the extra activity, but the reward type matters. Sweeps Coins let you play for redeemable prizes,, while Game Coins and Diamonds are better for playtime and selected boosts.
• Referral leaderboard prizes – High 5’s referral program has a contest-style layer on top of the standard referral reward. Periodic leaderboard events give extra Sweeps Coin prizes to the top referrers. The current prizes range from from 50 SC for fifth place to 1,000 SC for first place.
• Prestige progress – My Hub is the place to watch your High 5 Prestige status and progress toward the next tier . This is useful because the loyalty program is based on recent activity, so regular players have more to track than a simple daily login bonus.
• Mail-in rewards – High 5 also supports free Sweeps Coin requests by mail. Each valid request is worth 3 Sweeps Coins, but the instructions need to be followed carefully. It is not as instant as lobby rewards, but it is another no purchase option for players who want to collect SC over time.

Exploring 1,500+ slots, exclusive titles, and variety games

If you enjoy slots, High 5 Casino is likely to win you over quickly. Most sweepstakes casinos land somewhere between Chumba Casino's 250+ games and Real Prize's 700+. Only the biggest libraries like Bitsky.bet (2,500+) go further, so High 5's 1,500+ slots and 300+ exclusive titles puts it in the big leagues in terms of size.

The lobby isn't one-note, either. Browsing through, I found classic-style slots, modern video slots, jackpot games, feature-heavy releases, and a few specialty formats, so there was plenty to keep me busy. I enjoyed playing popular favorites like Big Bass Bonanza Megaways, Money Train 3, and Buffalo Power: Hold and Win.

Live dealer games are no longer part of the offering. High 5 Casino has discontinued its small live dealer selection, including blackjack and roulette, and expanded its arcade-style variety games instead. If you're looking for traditional table games, casinos like Stake.us which offer over 30 live games.

Game highlights

• No-account demo play – High 5 lets you try selected slots for free without creating an account or downloading anything.
• Plenty of exclusives – Over 300 exclusive games help High 5 feel more distinct than sweepstakes casinos that rely mainly on shared provider content.
• Slots that go beyond basic reels – High 5 goes beyond basic reels with DeluxeWays titles, Extreme games, jackpot features, tumbling reels, Bonus Pass options, and selected boost-enabled games.

What could be improved

• No live dealer or classic table games – High 5 no longer offers live dealer games, and traditional blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and video poker are also absent from its current game selection. Players looking for these casino classics will need to look elsewhere.
• Dated logged-out lobby – The logged-out lobby feels a bit behind, with basic browsing and some game thumbnails that didn't load for me. The logged-in lobby feels much cleaner and more polished.

Play for free

High 5 lets you play selected games in demo mode without creating an account, which makes it easy to test the lobby before signing up. Once you have an account, you can also use Game Coins to explore slots, features, and play amounts without needing to spend anything.

Software providers

What sets High 5 apart from many sweepstakes casinos is that its library is led by its own studio, High 5 Games. With over 300 exclusive games, the library feels more unique than lobbies built mostly around the same third-party slots you see elsewhere. The trade-off is that it does not carry the same breadth of outside studios as a site like Fortune Wins casino.

That said, there's still a solid spread of third-party studios. The better-known names include Hacksaw Gaming, Relax Gaming, Playson, Thunderkick, RubyPlay, and Gaming Realms, which add variety around High 5's own games without taking the focus away from its in-house catalog.

High 5's own games are what give the lobby its personality. Titles like Da Vinci DeluxeWays, Buffalo Canyon Jackpot, 88 Drums, and Golden Knight create a clear High 5 feel. Smaller and independent studios add enough variety to keep the catalog from feeling too narrow. The mix is great for players who want to play.

Fast redemptions with flexible cash-out options

High 5 Casino offers a solid mix of purchase and redemption options. You can buy optional Game Coin packages with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Trustly, or Skrill, with packages starting at $2. That gives High 5 more flexibility than many sweepstakes casinos, including Sportzino and CrownCoins Casino, both of which list only three methods each.

Redemptions are handled through Skrill, Trustly, and Prizeout. The 1–2 business days Skrill takes for processing transactions is one of the biggest reasons Skrill casinos are popular. By comparison, Trustly typically takes 3–5 business days. Digital gift cards are generally the quickest option, often arriving instantly or within a few hours.

The redemption minimums are fairly standard, requiring 50 SC for gift cards, while cash redemptions require at least 100 SC, which is in line with some of the best Trustly casinos. The main thing to keep in mind is that not every purchase method doubles as a payout method. Cards and Apple Pay are purchase-only, and Skrill redemptions only become available after using Skrill to make a purchase.

KYC verification is required before redeeming, so players should verify their account as soon as they register. Larger redemptions or additional checks may also take longer to process.

What High 5 does well

• Flexible payment options – High 5 offers seven payment methods, placing it comfortably within the typical 5–10 range for sweepstakes casinos.
• Low minimum purchase – Game Coin packages start at just $2, making High 5 accessible for players who want to test the platform without committing to a larger package upfront.
• No redemption fees – High 5 Casino does not charge players to process prize redemptions, so players can keep 100% of the SC they withdraw.

What could be better

• Skrill redemptions require advance planning – Skrill is one of High 5's fastest cash redemption routes, usually taking 1–2 business days after approval. However, the option only becomes available after the player has already used Skrill to make a purchase.

How payments and redemptions break down

Safety and legal compliance at High 5

With a Safety Index of 8.6/10, High 5 Casino rates as "High" and sits among the more trusted sweepstakes casinos we've reviewed, slightly ahead of brands like MyPrize and Casino.Click.

That score is supported by fair terms and a strong safety profile. High 5 carries no entries on our blacklists, and its complaints ratio is rated good relative to its size. There is currently one unresolved complaint affecting its score, but we found its terms and conditions fair, which counts in its favor.

High 5 also benefits from having an established operator behind it. The site is owned by High 5 Entertainment, LLC, a casino games company founded in 1995. That gives High 5 more than 30 years of industry experience.

Players should remember that High 5 is not a real money gambling site. It operates under the sweepstakes model, so it does not need a traditional gambling license. Instead, players use two virtual currencies: Game Coins, which are used for standard social casino play, and Sweeps Coins. You can redeem the latter for cash prizes or digital gift cards once the redemption requirements have been met.

Safety strengths in the mix

• High Safety Index score – High 5's 8.6 score puts it among the stronger sweepstakes casinos we've reviewed. While it falls a little short of the "Very High" tier, its score still reflects a solid safety profile for a casino of its size.
• Established operator behind the site – High 5 Casino is owned and operated by High 5 Entertainment, LLC, a longstanding casino games company. That gives it more credibility than newer sweepstakes brands with limited public history.
• Responsible play tools available – High 5 provides a responsible play page with self-exclusion options, time-out messaging, account closure guidance, and links to independent support organizations. These tools are useful for players who want to take a break or limit access to their account.

Where High 5 can improve

• An unresolved complaint – At the time of writing, High 5 has 18 total complaints on Casino Guru: 13 rejected, four resolved, and one unresolved. The unresolved case holds the score back slightly.

A mobile app for all players

High 5 Casino is one of the better sweepstakes casinos for mobile play because it offers a dedicated sweepstakes casino app for both iOS and Android. That gives High 5 an edge over app-limited sweepstakes casinos like Real Prize and CrownCoins, which offer iOS apps but still direct Android players to the mobile browser.

The app gives players access to the same core High 5 experience, including its large slot library, daily rewards, jackpots, events, and prize-eligible Sweeps Coin play. The layout is built around mobile use, with touchscreen controls, clear game categories, and a lobby that feels easier to browse in-app than on a smaller browser screen.

The iOS app carries a 4.5/5 score from more than 500 ratings. The Android app also has a large user base, with Google Play showing tens of thousands of reviews and a 4.3/5 rating.

Players who do not want to download the app can still use High 5 Casino through a mobile browser. The browser version is serviceable, but the dedicated app is the better option for regular play. It keeps navigation cleaner and makes it easier to jump back into daily rewards, promotions, and favorite games.

Mobile highlights

• App for Android and iOS – High 5 Casino offers native apps on both major platforms, which gives it an advantage over app-limited competitors like Real Prize, which offers an iOS app but no Android option.
• Large slot library – The High 5 app gives players access to the platform’s main strength: a huge slot library with 1,500+ games and 300+ exclusive titles.
• Strong app ratings – High 5’s iOS and Android apps both have solid ratings.

Where mobile lags

• No Google Pay support – High 5 supports Apple Pay for purchases but not Google Pay. That makes mobile payments slightly less convenient for Android players.
• Geolocation can interrupt play – High 5 uses location checks to confirm whether players are in an eligible state. If location permissions are disabled or the player is travelling through a restricted state, gameplay or redemption access may be paused.

Limited support

High 5 offers a chatbot contact option, backed by email (support@high5casino.com) and an FAQ-driven help section. That gives it an additional contaxt option compared with casinos like Fortune Wins and Sportzino, which rely on email and support tickets, with no chat options.

The main gap is the lack of a phone line, which a handful of rivals including Bitsky.bet Casino do offer alongside live chat and email. So, if you prefer sorting things out by phone, you're out of luck here.

Email is the most reliable route for getting help with specific account issues, though response times ccan vary. During our testing, we waited 8 days for a response, so players shouldnt necessarily expect a quick reply.

High 5 Casino is also available across multiple social media channels, including Facebook, X, Discord, Instagram, and YouTube. These are useful for keeping up with promotions, platform updates, and community activity, but they should be treated as secondary support routes. For account-specific issues, email remain the better option.

What I loved

• Multiple contact options – High 5 offers a chatbot entry point, email support, and a Help Center covering common account, gameplay, and redemption questions.
• Active on social media – The casino stays active on Facebook, X, and Discord, helping players keep up with promotions, game updates, and community news in real time.

What could be better

• No phone support – High 5 does not offer a player phone line, which can be frustrating for players who prefer to speak to an agent.
• Slow email response in testing – Our support test took eight days to receive a response, although this may not reflect typical waiting times.

Final thoughts – is High 5 worth your time?

High 5 Casino is one of the stronger sweepstakes casinos for players who care most about slots, mobile access, and brand trust. Its huge slot library, 300+ exclusive titles, iOS and Android apps, 24/7 live chat, and High Safety Index of 8.4 make it feel more complete than many newer sweepstakes platforms. The fact that High 5 is connected to a casino games company that has been around since 1995 also adds confidence.

It is not perfect, though. High 5 is only available in 30 states, Skrill payouts require a prior Skrill purchase. Additionally, there is no phone support, and the game library is much stronger for slot players than for table games or live dealer fans.

Overall, High 5 Casino is worth considering if you want a polished, slot-first sweepstakes casino with strong mobile apps, flexible payment options, and a solid safety profile.
