Casino Click Review

Casino.Click pairs its 8.4 Safety Index with 900+ games from top providers and an 96-table live dealer lounge. It also offers gamified rewards, a 100,000 GC + 2 SC welcome drop, and flexible fiat and crypto payment options.

Casino.Click stats and key data

My first impressions of Casino.Click

Casino.Click holds a solid 8.4 Safety Index score, and my hands-on experience quickly showed why. Creating an account took seconds. I just entered my basic details, verified my email, and was instantly greeted with an automatic welcome drop of 100,000 Gold Coins (GC) and 2 Sweeps Coins (SC). No promo codes needed.

Visually, the site is a quirky mashup of dark cyber-punk skylines, delicate pink cherry blossoms, and a cheerful blue arrow mascot. Despite the busy theme, navigation is completely seamless.

The massive 1,000+ game library, rivaling heavyweights like Stake.us and High 5 Casino, is neatly organized into categories like Hold & Win, Scratchcards, and Live. With top-tier studios like Hacksaw, Relax Gaming, and Evolution powering the lobby, finding a great game is effortless.

In this US casino review, I will dive into all areas of their service more closey.

Casino.Click's green flags

• Premium live dealer games – Casino.Click delivers one of the most extensive lie-dealer casino offerings in the sweeps space, hosting premium streams from Evolution and ICONIC21.
• Generous automatic welcome drop – The 100,000 GC and 2 SC welcome package drops into your account instantly. In terms of value, this massive GC drop is on par with Real Prize and CrownCoins.
• Large game collection and exclusives – With over 1,900 slots, plus casual games, scratchcards and live dealer options, the variety is exceptional. I was especially thrilled to find a dedicated selection of exclusive games like Medusa's Fury, Moonlight Guardian, Max Catch, Chicken Frenzy, and Dia de los Muertos Respins.
• Cryptocurrecny compatible – Casino.Click joins a limited collection of USA casinos that support cryptocurrency payments to play their games.

Where Casino.Click falls short

• Strange mashup of themes – The visual identity is a bit all over the place. Combining tranquil cherry blossoms with an energetic blue arrow mascot and neon retro city skylines makes the lobby feel a bit disjointed compared to cohesively themed platforms like CrownCoins or SplashCoins Casino.
• Pushy purchase popups – While no purchase is ever necessary, I found that the popups encouraging me to buy Gold Coin packages appeared a bit too frequently and aggressively during my session, interrupting the overall gameplay experience.

Exploring the welcome package and ongoing bonuses

As mentioned, Casino.Click kicked off my casino review with a massive 100,000 GC and a 2 free, no purchase required sweeps coins welcome drop. While the 2 SC is slightly lower than the 3–5 SC offered by competitors like High 5 Casino, the huge Gold Coin balance matches what we found at top sites in our Real Prize casino review, giving you a massive runway to explore the games without committing.

For daily rewards, the platform skips the boring "click to claim" button and offers a free daily scratch card mini game, where matching three items can win Sweeps Coins, Gold Coins, free SC spins, or Clickoins, a bonus currency you can spend in the Click Arena Store on Gold Coins and free spins.

Unlike many sweepstakes casinos, Casino.Click doesn’t hand out a separate daily login bonus, so the mini game is your main source of free daily coins. You can also pick up extra GC through loyalty rewards, email promotions, and competitions though the casino's Facebook and Instagram pages. Just keep in mind that any free spins awarded with coin purchases come with a cap, as winnings are limited to 2 SC per 5 spins.

Stand out bonus features

• Generous welcome offer – 100,000 Gold Coins and 2 Sweeps Coins drop into your account instantly upon sign-up, rivaling the GC volume at top sweepstakes sites like CrownCoins Casino.
• Daily mini game – Instead of a boring click, you get a free daily mini game with chances to win Sweeps Coins, Gold Coins, free SC spins, or Clickoins you can spend in the Arena Store.
• Plenty of ways to earn free GC – Beyond the welcome gift and daily mini game, you can earn Gold Coins through loyalty rewards, email offers, and social media competitions.

Where the bonuses could do more

• Slightly higher Sweeps Coin welcome – Bumping the initial 2 SC up to 3–5 SC would make the no-purchase welcome offer instantly competitive with heavyweights like High 5 Casino's bonuses.
• Capped free spin winnings – Free spins come with a cap of 2 SC per 5 spins, which limits how much value they can add.

Bonus overview

Ongoing rewards and contests

On any given day, I found that Casino.Click keeps the momentum going well beyond the daily mini game. The Click Arena and Clickcoins system add a gamified layer that reminded me a little of casino loyalty features I've seen at other sweepstakes sites.

Here are my top picks for ongoing rewards at Casino.Click:

• The Click Club & Missions – Completing missions in the Click Arena earns you points, which move you up through the Click Club's levels and unlock special rewards at each one.
• Clickcoins redemptions – Clickcoins are a secondary reward currency you can win from the daily mini game . You can swap them in the Click Arena Store for extra Gold Coins or free spins on selected slots.
• Refer a friend – You'll get a reward for every friend who signs up with your link, plus a bigger tiered bonus when they by a $9.99+ package. That ranges from 50,000 GC + 10 free spins up to 500,000 GV + 50 free spins once you've referred 51 people or more, with a bonus of up to 10 SC each time you level up.

• Social media giveaways – Casino.Click also runs daily and weekly Facebook giveaways. These give you another way to collect extra coins.
• Email offers – Casino.Click also sends promotional offers by email, so it’s worth keeping an eye on your inbox.

Game library – Massive variety and a premium live lounge

I was thoroughly impressed by Casino.Click's library. With over 1,900 top casino game titles, it matches the sheer volume of top-tier sites like Stake.us and easily exceeds Real Prize's 700+ catalog. The lobby is headlined by site exclusives like Night King and Osiris Fortune, giving it unique appeal.

Navigation is mostly great, with dedicated categories for seasonal events and popular mechanics like Hold & Win. The "New Games" tab is updated often, so it's a useful place to spot recent releases. Once you log in, you can also tap the heart icon on any game to save it to a Favorites tab, and a search bar sits at the top of every category.

The absolute crown jewel, however, is the Live category. Featuring a staggering 96 live dealer tables and game shows from Evolution and ICONIC21, it blew me away. I tested Gravity Roulette, XXXtreme Lightning Roulette, and Funky Time, and every stream loaded instantly and ran flawlessly. There's also a dedicated section for 50 different scratchcards, rounding out a highly diverse lobby.

Where the games standout

• Unmatched live dealer lounge – Offering 96 live tables and game shows from Evolution and ICONIC21 is practically unheard of, absolutely blowing the 6 to 8 live tables at Real Prize out of the water.
• Dedicated Scratchcard section – Having 50 different scratchcards provides a fantastic, fast-paced alternative to spinning reels, an option lacking at sites like High 5 Casino.
• Smart curation – Creating dedicated tabs for exclusives, holidays, and specific mechanics (like Hold & Win) saves you from endlessly scrolling.

Where the lobby still needs work

• Tabs hidden until login – Fast Games, Hold & Win, Live and Favorites only appear once you’re logged in, so you can’t see the full lobby before signing up.

Explore games from Hacksaw, Relax Gaming, Evolution, and more

Casino.Click works with a curated selection of 20+ software providers. That's a smaller pool than Stake.us, which boasts over 30+ studios, but the library still tops 2,000 games casino games by focusing on deep partnerships with top-tier names.

Rather than relying on a huge number of developers, Casino.Click focuses on high-quality gameplay and performance. During my time on the site, I spotted well-known providers such as Hacksaw Gaming, Relax Gaming, and Print Studios, all of which are known for polished slots and strong mobile play.

Test the waters with live dealer demo play

At Casino.Click you can play for fun, even in the live dealer lounge. At traditional online casinos, live dealer games are strictly pay-to-play. Here, however, you can experience premium Evolution and ICONIC21 streams using your free Gold Coins as a true demo play option.

Note that live dealer gameplay is only available if you're physically located in an eligible state and can pass the site's geolocation checks. I found that attempting to play a live dealer game using Sweeps Coins automatically triggers a quick geolocation check to verify your eligibility.

However, the platform makes switching modes incredibly easy: if you accidentally load a game in SC mode and just want to practice, simply click the GC button at the top right of the screen. The game will instantly reload in fun-play mode, and vice versa.

Try games for free

Because Casino.Click is a sweepstakes casino; its games use Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins instead of real money. Both currencies can be obtained without making a purchase, so you can play games for free.

Strong security, extensive payment menu

Crypto fans should note that Casino.Click’s crypto payments are currently unavailable for both purchases and redemptions. Support mentioned that some services are temporarily offline while the site makes updates, so crypto may return, but for now, fiat is the way to go.

When I checked the coin store, I could instantly buy Gold Coins using credit cards, bank transfer, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Packages start from just $2, sites like High 5 Casino and far more accessible than Stake.us, where bundles start at $20.

For redemptions, Casino.Click requires you to complete your profile with address details and pass a standard KYC verification before requesting a prize, which is standard practice for keeping the platform secure. They also enforce an industry-standard 1x playthrough requirement on all Sweeps Coins.

Once verified, you can redeem digital gift cards or bank transfersstarting at 100 SC, with bank transfers capped at $2,500 per day. Processing speeds are a bit of a mixed bag. Bank transfers can take 2–10 days, which is slower than at Real Prize, where cash redemptions typically take 1–5 business days.

Payment features that stood out

• Flexible fiat payments – Coins can be bought with major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Pay by Bank, and prizes can be redeemed by bank transfer or gift card.
• Low $2 entry point – Coin packages start at just $2, in line with High 5 Casino and far more accessible than Stake.us, where bundles start at $20.
• Clear redemption process – Casino.Click clearly explains how prize redemptions work and requires account verification before payout, which adds a welcome layer of transparency and security.

Where payments need improvement

• Slower bank transfer speeds – Waiting up to 10 days for a bank transfer is a bit sluggish compared to the faster withdrawal times at Real Prize.
• Higher 100 SC redemption minimum – Casino.Click's 100 SC redemption threshold is in line with High 5 Casino, but higher than the 45 SC gift card minimum at Real Prize.

Purchases and redemptions

Casino.Click scores 8.4/10 – Here's why

Casino.Click holds a "High" Safety Index score of 8.4/10 from Casino Guru. As a medium-sized sweeps casino with estimated annual revenues exceeding $5 million, this score reflects a solid level of safety and fairness rather than game variety or site design.

Factors like casino size, player complaints, and any risk-related issues, including unfair practices or blacklist entries all factor into the Safety Index. When checking their background, I was glad to see that their Terms & Conditions are considered fair and the site hasn't landed on any relevant casino blacklists.

However, Casino.Click’s 8.4 still sits below the top of the sweepstakes market, such as Real Prize Casino’s near-perfect 9.7. The gap comes mainly from a handful of player complaints, including some submitted outside Casino Guru, which the Safety Index factors in.

Casino.Click currently has no unresolved complaints on Casino Guru. Two complaints about delayed redemptions ($250 and $212) were both rejected, and the four complaints from other sources factored into the Safety Index involve low disputed amounts relative to the casino’s size.

Finally, I have to highlight one crucial rule: Casino.Click strictly prohibits the use of VPNs. If you try to mask your location with a VPN, the casino can use this against you to void your winnings, so make sure you're playing on a standard local connection.

Safety: What it does well

• Solid Safety Index score – An 8.4 is still considered a "High" rating by Casino Guru, putting Casino.Click ahead of Spinfinite just behind CrownCoins.
• Clean blacklist record – The platform is not found on any relevant casino blacklists, and their T&Cs have been vetted as fair.
• Low withheld winnings – Despite a few complaints, the actual monetary value of disputed winnings is very low compared to the site's overall size and revenue.

What needs work

• Faster, more consistent redemptions – Both complaints filed against Casino.Click on Casino Guru involved delayed redemptions. Neither was upheld, but quicker processing, especially for bank transfers that can take up to 10 days, would help reassure players.
• Clearer VPN warnings – Right now, the "No VPN" rule is buried in the terms, making it highly visible via a pop-up during registration or gameplay would help players avoid accidentally voiding their winnings.

Fast mobile browser speeds & PWA setup

Casino.Click doesn't offer a traditional downloadable sweepstakes casino app for IOS or Android. Instead, it relies on a mobile browser experience. This puts it behind competitors like Sportzino and High 5 Casino, which both have native apps for iOS and Android. At first, I was a little disappointed, but their use of Progressive Web App (PWA) technology quickly won me over.

By simply adding a Casino.Click shortcut to my phone's home screen via Safari or Chrome, the browser search bar vanished, and I was given a full-screen, immersive interface that looked and felt exactly like a native app.

The performance is fast, clocking in at around 1.7 seconds for page loads, and I didn't experience any of the clunkiness you sometimes find on older social casino sites. Best of all, it retains full functionality, meaning all 1,900+ games, live dealer tables, and banking features are right at your fingertips.

What works well on mobile

• App-like experience without the storage – The PWA setup gives you the sleek look of a native app without eating up valuable storage space on your phone.
• Lightning-fast performance – With 1.7-second average load times, the touch-optimized interface is smooth, responsive, and free of lag.
• Full library access – Unlike some platforms that pare down their mobile offerings, Casino.Click makes its entire 1,900+ game library fully accessible on mobile.

What the mobile experience is missing

• No traditional native app – While the browser experience is great, players who prefer simply downloading an app from the iOS or Android stores will have to look to competitors like Fortune Wins or High 5 Casino.
• Limited iOS push notifications – Because it's browser-based, you miss out on the dedicated push notifications that native apps use to alert you of new casino promotions or bonuses.

A robust support system for simple resolutions

The customer support system at Casino.Click is surprisingly robust. They offer a highly accessible, searchable FAQ section that conveniently opens in a separate tab, covering all the basics like "How long does it take to receive a prize?" and "How do I verify my account?"

If you need a human, their "Contact Us" page provides an email address (support@casino.click) and, incredibly rarely for the sweepstakes industry, a dedicated phone number (+1-855-450-0686).

During my live chat testing, I found the service accessible via the yellow icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. Elsewhere in the sweeps space, Stake.us's customer support has built a reputation for having its live chat easily accessible from anywhere on the site, a convenience Casino.Click's yellow icon placement roughly matches

The system claims live chat replies typically arrive within 60 seconds, but my experience was even faster. I got a first response in about 10 seconds.

That said, the quality of the response left a little to be desired. I asked a simple question about crypto acceptance and received a rather vague non-answer about the site being updated. Fast, but not particularly helpful. Still, player sentiment online is generally glowing, with many players praising the quick responses.

Good experiences with customer support

• Live chat for everyone, 24/7 – Unlike some sweepstakes casinos that gate live chat access behind a required coin purchase, Casino.Click offers round-the-clock live chat to all players immediately upon login.
• Dedicated phone support – Having a direct phone line is a massive plus. Most competitors, like Stake.us and Fortune Wins, rely entirely on digital ticketing systems or chat.
• Lightning-fast initial responses – Connecting to a live chat agent in under 10 seconds is top-tier speed, easily rivaling the responsive support team at Sportzino.

Where support fell short

• Agent helpfulness – While the response was incredibly fast, receiving a vague answer to a simple question was slightly disappointing, and the agent addressed me by the wrong name. A bit more personalized help would go a long way.

How we tested

Getting started at Casino.Click

Creating a Casino.Click account takes less than two minutes. I found the registration process much simpler and less intrusive compared to a traditional real money casino. In three simple steps, you'll be ready to play.

How to register

1. Visit the Casino.Click website – Click the blue "Sign Up" button in the top right, then enter your email address, and create a secure password. Make sure to tick the T&Cs boxes.
2. Confirm your email – You will get an instant email to verify your address. Your account will be activated the moment you click the confirmation link.
3. Claim your welcome bonus – Once your email is verified, your account is automatically credited with 100,000 Gold Coins and 2 Sweeps Coins, ready to use instantly without any promo codes.

Final verdict – A top choice for live games and crypto

Casino.Click is a good choice, especially if you're a fan of live dealer games, and it holds up well against other new sweepstakes casinos that have launched in the past couple of years.

While the platform's visual theme can be a bit of a chaotic mashup , the actual mechanics of the site are solid. It boasts a massive 1,900+ game library that rivals top-tier competitors, a 96-table live dealer lounge powered by Evolution and ICONIC21, and a range of payment options including credit cards and Apple/Google Pay.

The generous 100,000 GC + 2 SC welcome drop and the gamified "Click Arena" progression system provide plenty of ongoing value. Yes, the lack of RNG table games and slightly pushy purchase popups are minor annoyances, but the 8.4 Safety Index score and flawless performance make Casino.Click a highly competitive, modern sweepstakes option.
