The player from the Philippines is struggling to withdraw his winnings. After we haven't received any answer from the casino for two weeks we had to mark this complaint as "unresolved".
I tried withdrawing my earnings from UranBet and I keep getting rejected with error messages that are Polish. Of course google translate could not help properly. I tried lowering down the amount of withdrawal but still, getting rejected. I tried it thrice now and awaiting for the result. Keep contacting their support team through different channels but no answer from their end. This is a scam

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m very sorry to hear about your problem. The Polish messages state, that you are not allowed to withdraw more than $50 if you haven’t deposited more than $500, and the second one, that due to some technical difficulties withdrawals might take longer than usual.
I would recommend you to give it some time (at least 7 days) and try later. I will keep this complaint open until you receive your withdrawal, and I would like to ask you to keep me updated in case there is anything new.

thanks for your response on this, Kristina. I tried withdrawing funds for $50 again yesterday and I just checked it now and it’s the same error message the technical issues thing. I tried withdrawing $40 earlier and will let you know what happens. Thanks again!

It is still not successful. I tried withdrawing the least amount possible, $40 to be exact. I keep waiting for the status to be updated but something happened. I was logged out of my account and there were no means to log back in. I tried everything to login to my account but there were no means to do so. This is really frustrating. All my earnings and deposit are for nothing. I did not even logged out of my account and just kept it open on my mobile browser and when I tried checking the status yesterday, i then found out that I was logged out and no means to log in. This is a scam. Seriously a scam

I will try to contact the casino and let them know about your case. Please note that we have bad experience with their customer support so there is a probability that we won't receive any answer from the casino.
Unfortunately the casino hasn’t provided any answer on this case. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.
I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.
I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.
