Recently I have had two seperate online casinos using watsapp 1/ Rajabets for $913.00 on 6 June 2023 where I have successful transfer reciept but not recieved and non responsive.

2/ similar story for $2000.00 where communication was great until yesterday under name of uabet.com website with all links unde name of UA8 Beijing last communication saying bank is reviewing as first time payment and then saying sucessfull review and being processed attached are downloads and screenshots of all relevant details where I followed guidelines etc of Uabets including my game I’d. I have the same of rajabets which I will do a seperate complaint

Hi Kristina they delayed due to bank holding for 24 hours if j hadn’t recieved after 24 hours to contact them and would follow up with bank. They did this and said it was being reviewed and to be patient I gave another 24 hours and contacted again saying bank had reviewed and is being processed. I asked for a time frame as it was already 48 hours and should show in my account as pending. I waited more and followed up again with no response at all from any of there customer support options or live chats. I was concerned as the week before another casino had done the same and still awaiting payment. I have screenshots of all the conversations if needed

Hi all identification approved it was a random bonus given by casino platform pussy888 payid was used or osko payment. Congratulations and reciept of successful win and withdrawal. Bonus was used and followed all guidelines. They have now removed from group chat yet continue.

Hi Kristina I wil attach all relevant documents in regards to RajaBets

In order to withdrawl on bonus minimum withdrawal rqurments where I returned as I reached withdrawal requirement they then sent transfer notice. I have attempted to contact and no response

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to. 

I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email. 

I can only recommend you choose casinos by their reviews and ratings in the future to avoid situations like this. I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion.
