The player's dissatisfied with the casino as it is non responsive. The complaint was closed as the player had no balance on his casino account and did not experience any loss in it.
the casino doesn't respond to messages of any kind, I would like to know more about the Casino before I put money there, besides, the Casino says that it will respond immediately, but it hasn't responded for several days

Could you please advise if you already own an account in the casino? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what did you ask them about?
Please note that unless you have an account there with any active balance, we are not able to anything as there is basically no issue at all. If the casino is not responding, simply chose a different casino.

If you have no real balance in your casino, then simply register in a different one if you have any doubts. As there is basically no issue at all, we will be forced to close the complaint.
