The player from United States is complaining about unauthorized transactions. We were forced to reject this complaint because the player refused to cooperate.
You know that little voice that tells you when something is not right? It was literally slapping me in the face the whole time I dealt with True-Fortune Casino. Not only are they falsely representing people, places, and promotional terms but they are the world's pushiest pests. They overcharged my card causing a slue of transactions with misrepresentation information to hide either their location or the nature of the initial contact made on their behalf. I made it a point to raise my profits well over $2,000 dollars but when I submitted the request for Withdrawal after meeting the so-called "terms" they refused to payout. When I finally became aware that it was a scam for obtaining Deposits from customers I requested to have the account closed. I have transcripts & screenshots from conversations where the support agents blatantly lied about the promotional terms. I want everyone to know just how greedy, dishonest, and pushy these people can be. I will be contacting several agencies here in my home states such as the Better Business Bureau and the reporting Government Agency they serve. I'm not only demanding a full refund on all deposits but I will not rest until the transactions are validated by my personal attorney. They are absolute liars...!!

Do I understand correctly that funds were deducted from your bank account without your consent? Could you please advise if the funds have been deducted from your bank account and credited to your casino account?
Regarding your payout - did the casino provide the reason why they declined your withdrawal?
How did the casino lie about the promotional terms?

To be clear, any misleading information can and will be used during my representation. Not only are these people using fake names and God knows what else but they ask for Verification, when by law, it is not required for transactions here in the United States. The complaints surrounding these or should I say most of the Casinos you review are not only valid but should be investigated further. As per my account with True Fortune, it is closed and will never again deposit or play at that online casino. Get to know me well because I have several other Withdrawals with establishments here on Guru and I plan on making a point to seek justice whenever possible. What’s comical is the fact that no one is verifying who these people are, or how they operate their finances because it’s all off-shore. Rest assured, with my qualifications in Information Technology someone will pay what is not only due to me but due to other fellow Americans…!! 🙂

It’s a wrap no matter what anyone decides to do about it. The details aren’t important. What matters is standing up for yourself when you’ve had enough and letting your voice be heard. I know a fart when I smell one and by God if I let it out I’m gonna tell you about it. Now I’ve made mistakes and I’ll make more because that’s just life..!! And yes, details and evidence are important, if you believe that someone treats you unfairly. You wrote a lot but basically nothing at the same time and without your cooperation, we are not able to proceed with this complaint.
Don't talk about it be about it..!! And basically, nothing is what you're doing & exactly what will be done to correct and reprimand this entire industry. As a technology student, I know firsthand how quick financial transactions take place on the Blockchain so don't sit there and fee me full of shit. But enough with the back & forth...!! (Notice how it says fee) They can keep the money because God's got me.
See that's the problem with the world we live in but for me, it's a blessing to help struggling nations and poverty-stricken individuals. As an American, I'm proud that we do not serve the dollar bill but rather we serve wholeheartedly what that dollar represents. It's a note that covers a debt both legal and private. If you read close it is a reminder of the debt that only He could pay. That's where I put my trust.
