I deposited over 100 USD and one for $432 I believe was the amount but when I went to redeem they said there was a problem with redeeming because there was another email somewhat associated with that account which no casino allows you to make duplicate accounts so I asked them to close whatever email that they say was associated with email which was langonnkim@gmail.com. they asked me which account I would like to keep and I choose langonnkim@gmail.com but they kept the other email open because it was at zero balance and closed langonnkim@gmail.com with I won over 432.00 and told me that whatever money I deposit it will be returned back to my card which never was and I believe it's unfair because I didn't link the emails like that and they basically just took my money please help this happened around April 21 2023 I have my proof

Could you please advise when did you create the first and when the second account? When did the casino promise to send the refund of the deposit, was it more than 2 weeks ago? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Yes it was more then 2 weeks ago but the casino promise to put the money on my card. Then I tried logging in the next day an that account was locked! They locked me out

I created the first account about 6 months ago then when they locked it; the very next day I created Another account!

After checking the mentioned casino I have to unfortunately inform you that we will be forced to close your complaint as Funrize is a social casino not a real one. We only deal with online casino (with regular deposit, withdrawal options).

I'm really sorry that we could not help you out more with your issue but I hope we might be able to support you in the future if you will come across any other issues with an online casino
