The player from Texas had requested a withdrawal prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, her winnings hadn't been received yet. The Complaints Team had advised her that withdrawal processing could take up to 14 days and might be delayed due to unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. The player was encouraged to be patient and cooperate with the casino. Despite the team's attempts to communicate and extend the complaint's timer by 7 days, the player did not respond. Consequently, the complaint was rejected due to lack of response from the player.

Supposedly this is a fast withdrawal casino, most people get heir funds the next day or a couple of days! At first they responded they were on weekend, then they never responded at all! My withdrawal has not even been reviewed. The status is the exact same as the day I redeemed!! In addition they are not on weekend anymore and they won’t redound to a simple question about anything! I’m absolutely no responses at all!

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
