This company is harassing me since past week , I have withdrawal an small amount 2700/- but still not given I have texted them contact them and they have blocked me and the other hand they are absuing bad words is this how they treat they customer? Contacting them in past 2 days with other numbers and they are like wait for this hours wait for this minutes and blocked in that number too plus since past days they are declining all payments ! What they said to me that withdrawal and deposit only in 5 mins I trusted and they are doing this ! Please take an action it's a request 🙏

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
