I was kyc verifed had to go to the bank to get things notorized I did and I have been waiting 30 days almost since December 24th 2022 for my 132,000 usd withdrawal all of a sudden they closed my account. I will be persuing with suing them. The casino is pulsz casino I have all the screen shots I was awaiting my redemptions. They’re scamming people double charging people everytime u buy a coin package also. I’m upset 132,000 usd they should be shut down I also have the stamped sign notorized document submitted successfully they are true scammers.

I have never withdrew before I went threw all there hoops ands etc got verified etc and there was no bonus I bought a package and hit a jackpot then hit another jackpot fair and square then waited almost 30 days for my redemptions then they blocked my account for nothing

Thank you for your reply, hillmantyler133. So I went and check the casino and I found out that this website is a social casino, which means you gamble here just for fun, not for a payout.


The casino also clearly states this on its website and in its T&Cs:

"NOTE: THIS WEBSITE AND THE SERVICES PROVIDED HEREIN DO NOT OFFER "REAL MONEY GAMBLING". No actual money is required to play, and the Service is intended for entertainment purposes only."

I am sorry, but we are not able to proceed with this complaint. You have no chance of getting your money even if you involve a lawyer, as your winnings are not real.
