They have been taking my money for deposits and when I finally win money they stated that I had breached protocol by having two accounts with them. How can I have two accounts with the same name, email, phone number and bank details?! Obviously if I made a mistake and registered twice, all my details are the same.

ither casinos tell you your number is already in use if you make that mistake.

I think it is horrible to take money and then refuse to pay out.
