I was a player with BDG casino. There was no problem in the early stage. As per them they have effected the payment. I forwarded the bank statement as per their request. But no money after one month. Also company isnot disclosing their email and reg. Details. Responding through the mentor.

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

They haven't asked for any verification details. They were sending money to my bank account.

I couldn't directly contact the casino they asked to contact through their mentor. But she is unable to provide me any clear message. I asked her to provide the company details but so far nothing provided.
