Terrible casino, i deposited $100AUD to this casino through the payid option, it was taken from my bank immediately (not pending) and was not credited to account, the site claims 24/7 customer service but only has live chat after 6pm otherwise it will just send someone an email (has not responded to any email in over 48hrs, have sent multiple requests and even written one to support about this issue) when finally getting through to live chat was told to wait 24hrs. Did that and came back to then be told they have sent my enquiry to the financial team and ill receive an email of the result, as stated before i havent received any email yet about any enquiry so i doubt ill receive anything. I dare say ive most likely lost my $100 without even any gameplay, let alone the hundreds i deposited fine before the failed credit. The casino will also randomly activate bonus cash of $2 or $5 with 40x wagering requirement without letting you know (for non experienced players every casino has a maximum you are allowed to bet when bonus money is in play otherwise winnings are void, this casino says $5 bets, so if you are betting higher than that without knowing its even activated, (this included buying the features) there goes any possible winnings being able to be withdrawn. I have had a very negative experience with Fortunica Casino due to unpaid winnings and misleading responses from support.
On multiple occasions, the casino has stated that certain rounds were lost when they clearly were not in relation to Blackjack. For example, side bets at 5/1 or 6/1 are only paying the winnings portion, but not returning the original bet. At 6/1 a £10 bet should return £70, yet only £60 was paid out.
More seriously, I have several completely missing payouts linked to my account on table 293. Across three rounds, a total of £323 in winnings was not paid, plus a missing stake return of £2, making £325 in total.
I have provided Fortunica with recordings and screenshots proving these hands were won. The game provider (Vivo) history also shows the bets and wins. Despite this, the casino insists all of these rounds were lost and refuses to pay.
I raised this over 6 days ago, but every reply has been the same: that both the casino and provider checked and confirmed the losses. Clearly one party is misrepresenting the outcome of these games.
In my view this is a serious breach of trust and the fact they checked several times and despite providing overwhelming proof they still refused. This illustrates the casino is a scam. I can provide all the relevant proof to back this up if needed.
