The player from Oklahoma had been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, her payout hadn't been received yet. The player claimed that the individual who loaded money into her game had blocked her, preventing her from cashing out. We had advised her to be patient and cooperate fully with the casino. However, the player failed to respond to our messages and questions within the given time frame. Therefore, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.
