Hi I like to make a report about win365s casino I am a player from singapore. I was forfeited an amount of $6113. i registered an account with them and their customer service contact me via whatsapp offering bonus to me so i send the needed documents to them ( My identity Card and bank statement) they said i am verified and if i wanted to make a deposit so i ask if i can claim the bonus they offered me and they said yes you can claim. So i deposited an amount of $250 and claim $200 bonus and i played live casino after hitting the turnover i ask if they can check for me if i can play slots they said i have hit the turnover i can try others game so i played slots. after that i requested a withdrawal of $3500 and i continue playing slots. Suddenly all my remaining funds disappeared and i recieved a message that i was forfeited of all my amount because they caught me with more then one same ip. i started to question win365s and they said when i signed up they don't have record of me claiming welcome bonus but when i was withdrawing they said i have multiple ip address. Which isn't fair for me because they offered the bonus and i did their verification and ask if i can claim and they said yes i can claim. I like casinoguru to assist me in this report because it isn't fair for me. i can provide all necessary evidence for you.

Could you please advise when did you register into the casino? Can you also please provide a link to the casino website? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about? Did they provide any evidence of the matching IP?
