The player from Brazil has requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. The payment hasn’t been processed yet. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I made a withdrawal at dawn from Saturday to Sunday of 380$ minus 18 withdrawal fee.
The value of 362 did not land in my account, and I had already made withdrawals on this TIGRE 777 platform, so I opened a call with support, they claim that the payment was successful, but it did not land in any of my accounts. Sent all the statements of all my accounts and they wouldn't send me proof of payment.
