Hello, I am writing this complaint and kindly ask that you take this platform offline as many users are being deprived of their rights. The platform provided 10 reais to place bets, and after completing all the tasks, I went to withdraw the minimum amount of 200 reais. It took a long time, so I decided to contact support, and they canceled my withdrawal request, claiming that the requirements were not met. However, I see many other people facing the same problem. I want my money that I withdrew and was canceled, amounting to 200 reais, which is currently held on the platform.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
